Mura sees poison slowly affecting Chandragupta’s body and getting concerned informs Chanakya to back take Chandragupta away from here. Chanakya orders Piplivan khatriyas to back off, thinking they cannot accept defeat after Asaka king’s betrayal. Chandragupta orders not to back off and chants Piplivan’s slogan that their they win or reach martrydom. Dhananand attacks him and says he will finish slave today. Chandragupta says he will shed napt Nand/Dhananand’s blood on this earth and purify it. They both attack each other and Chandragupta overpowers Dhananand, but then collapses due to poison spreading all over his body. Dhananand gets up smirking and raises sword to kill Chandragupta. Chanakya shouts no…Chandragupta… Sthul and Indra enter and throw

spinner towards Dhananand which hits his sword. They throw smoke bomb next and help Chanakya and his team escape with Chandragupta.
Dhananand realizes Chandragupta and his team missing orders to get his horse, he will not spare slave Chandragupta today. He follows them towards jungle. Chanakya asks Mura why did not she inform him about Chandragupta’s poison attack. Mura says Chandragupta warned not to. Chanakya says his student is more stubborn than him and asks Mura to escape with Chandragupta in a boat. Piplivan khsatriyas stop Dhananand’s army. Agnimukh attacks Dhananand. Dahananand counterattacks Agnimukh and says he came here searching tilchatta/Chandragupta and them and brutally kills Agnimukh and other khsatriyas. Mura escapes in a boat with unconscious Chandragupta with Chanakya and others guarding them. Magadh soldiers shower arrows on their boats.

Dhananand back to his palace tells Mahamartya that they should find tilchatta/Chandragupta and kill him, he knows Mura and Chanakya are protecting him; he saw naagpushp/poisonous shrub’s effect on Chandragupta and he will die soon, but they cannot take a chance.

Chanakya Niti: Blown off lamp is of no use, it is their thinking, but lamp lives kaajal.black residue which helps their eyes’ vision to see even in dark; similarly one should not get disappointed if they feel defeated, they should fight back and win.
