Meera is in the office and is restless. She thinks nobody can be believed, humans changes often. She thinks Meera was supporting her, but when she told him that she had a boyfriend, he started behaving rudely with her, even though he acts as modern. Abhi calls her. She thinks he must be calling her to taunt her. She rejects his call. Abhi calls her again. She thinks why don’t you leave me alone. He says pick up the phone, she behaves like kids sometimes. He messages her to call him as soon as possible. He feels guilty to doubt her and says come back home, I am really waiting for you. Meera is about to leave from office. Neeraj asks her to tell if she needs anything. Meera says she is going to meet client.

Later Meera is shown in Sanjay’s house. Ila makes her eat fruits with her hand.
Meera says she is bored of eating. Sanjay calls Abhi and tells that Meera fainted while being in meeting. Abhi asks how did this happen? Sanjay says when she fainted, Mrs. Khurana saw her and took her here. Abhi asks why did she faint? Sanjay says she has a low BP problem. Abhi says I will come there and pick her. Sanjay asks him to be there and says we will be coming there. Abhi says ok and holds himself responsible.

Sanjay asks her to take care of herself. Meera says ok. Ila makes her have more fruits. Sanjay takes Meera to Awasthy house. Saru says she will make tea. Sanjay says no need and sounds upset. Govind says bring some fruits for Meera. Meera says she already had fruits. Sanjay gets up. Abhi comes to Sanjay and says I can understand what you are going through and can scold me if you wants. Sanjay says I can’t get happiness by scolding you, but couldn’t stop myself seeing her condition. Abhi says if he had known about her low BP problem, then he wouldn’t have allowed her.

Sanjay asks him to take care of Meera and says what happened to her. Abhi says she didn’t pick the call. Sanjay says she forgot her phone in office. Abhi says I won’t let her keep fast again. Sanjay says I have seen love in her eyes for you. Abhi thinks don’t know that love is for me or…….He promises to take care of her. Sanjay says she kept fast for your health ignoring her health and says she loves you a lot. He folds his hands. Abhi apologizes and says I couldn’t take care of her.

Later Meera is sleeping on bed and Abhi tries to massage her head and sits by her side. She wakes up and says she is better. Abhi gives her water and asks her to take medicine. She says really I am fine. Abhi says I will not listen to you. Meera says my case is different. Abhi asks her to let him take care of her. He asks her to let him return her big favor. Meera says there are no favors on friends. He is about to go. Meera says she don’t want to have juice. Abhi asks her to rest. Meera sleeps again. He thinks I don’t know why I am getting worried, if she went to meet Preetam Pyaare yesterday.

Meera wakes up and finds Abhi sleeping while sitting. Abhi also wakes up. Meera says good morning. Abhi says ok. Meera asks why is he sounding rude. They have an argument. Abhi asks her to talk to Preetam Pyaare and tells that our contract is going to end, do whatever you want. Meera says I don’t believe that you are saying this. Abhi says I don’t believe that you are hiding things and asks her to accept that yesterday she went to meet him. Meera says it doesn’t matter as their contract is going to end.

Precap: Abhi and Meera argue over Preetam Pyaare’s call. Later Abhi hugs Meera and tells that his dream is going to be fulfilled.
