The Episode starts with Husna teasing Anarkali. She asks Anarkali to share her love story. Anarkali agrees. Akbar and Salim come to the market in disguise. He asks him to remember that they aren’t king and prince, but father and son who have come from abroad. He asks what happened. Salim says this moment came for the first time when you are not king, but just my dad, I will never forget this moment. Akbar smiles and says my fate is such, I have become a dad to keep duty of a king, keep an eye around. Akbar greets the vendor and asks for water. Akbar introduces his son. He asks the vendor if they are facing any problem. Vendor says don’t know how king knows our problems, he has solved everything. Salim says maybe he is roaming around in disguise. Akbar asks him to come.

Anarkali says

Salim called me to market, he gave me a love sign, this ring. Husna says I m so happy for you. Anarkali tells how Salim risked his life to make her realize love. She says I was losing the one who is my love, I was lying since long but my heart said true. Husna says I won’t say this to anyone, I will also come to market. Anarkali agrees. They leave. Akbar tells about tax levied on the people. Salim says its a good thing for poor people. He says I have a request, if we encourage trade here, it will be good for us. Akbar praises him for his wise thinking. Abul fazal gives money to Khala. He asks her to get Anarkali married in 3 days. Khala thinks I know Anarkali is abandoned this way, she has to do this marriage some way. Salim says I will just go to other side of market and come, take rest. Akbar says I didn’t get weak to turn tired, I m glad to see you becoming responsible. Salim asks Mahabat to stay with dad. Akbar smiles. Salim goes. Salim looks for Anarkali. She looks for him. Akbar sees some goons teasing a woman. He gets angry. He try to rob Akbar. Akbar says this is wrong, its loot, I will complain about you.
The man says king and prince don’t have any concern, who worries for you. Akbar says I do. The man says you will be dying today. Akbar stops Mahabat. The man asks his last wish. Akbar says I want to say my name to you all. The man laughs and asks what’s your name. Akbar removes his beard and says Akbar. They get shocked. Goons get arrested. People chant Akbar’s name. Akbar says Salim didn’t come yet, Mahabat go and find him, we shall leave. Khala worries for Anarkali and prays. Husna tries to trick Salim on Anarkali’s saying. Salim removes his beard. He asks where is Anarkali. She says that side. He sees Anarkali. He smiles seeing her wearing his ring. He takes Anarkali aside. He compliments her. Honton pe meri…plays… He gifts her a bangle. She smiles. Ammijaan says its good if Anarkali goes soon, if Salim and Anarkali’s love story goes out, it will be a stain on us. Salim asks for his gift. He gets close to Anarkali. Abul fazal says yes, the enemies can defame Salim. Ammijaan says we have to end this chapter before it becomes a story.
