Fans loved your chemistry with Gautam Rode in Star Plus’ Teri Meri Love Stories. Can you tell us about your experience?
The experience was absolutely wonderful. This was the first time I ever faced the camera and everyone other than me on this project was a well established in the industry.
Arvind Ji, Rajan Ji, Dolly Ji and Gautam were a pleasure to work with. They all went out of their way to help and guide me. I learnt a lot from from them and I’m really lucky to have got this telefilm as my first project. Gautam is a wonderful person, a brilliant actor and a good friend. To add to it all, shooting in Pataudi Palace was a memorable experience.

Favorite place to hang out with friends?
I’ve recently started drinking coffee and I’m loving it! So I hang out a lot at coffee shops with my friends these days but honestly there is nothing like the comfort of home to sit and chit chat.

Dream destination to travel?
I want to go on a world tour with my family.

A cutest crush you ever had?
Ummm well, I had a crush on one of my teachers and that’s all you’ll get out of me about this one.

One thing you don’t like about guys?
There’s not just one thing but a whole long list of that! (laughs)

Apart from acting which other profession attracts you?
I have a passion for writing. I’m a journalist by qualification and have written for the Hindustan Times. I don’t get the time for it anymore, however I look forward to going back to writing someday.

Do you believe in horoscopes?
Horoscopes are very intriguing, I don’t really believe in them as such but it is fun to read them once in a while. In fact, it symbolizes family time for me to an extent because when I was back home, we all often would sit together with the weekend newspaper and read out each others horoscopes.

How often do you go window shopping?
Very rarely, I almost never go window shopping.

Your take on smoking?
I’m totally against it…

One unfulfilled dream?
Honestly, I don’t have any specific dreams. I just want to do good work and a lot of it actually. Through the work I do I wish to make my family happy and proud of myself.

Which TV show do you usually watch?
I’m a big fan of Friends, Sex and the City and Grey’s Anatomy.
