Viraaj holding diamond ring kneels down in front of Prarthana and proposes her for marriage. He describes his story that he did not want to like and worked under her as her father wanted him learn work from grass root level. He says all rich people are not bad and climb ladder with hard work and not by pulling down people. Prarthana reminisces Bindu telling same. Viraaj continues giving her examples and pouring out his heart. Bindu and Meghna wait eagerly outside for them. Viraaj takes Prarthana’s oath and says whatever he is saying is true and she knows he cannot take her fake oath and asks again will she marry him. She closes his ring box and walks away. Meghna and Bindu ask her what happened. Prarthana says nothing and tells Prarthana that he needs to go home. Puneeth says he will

drop her home. She says she wants to go alone and walks away. Viraaj walks out next. Meghna asks what did she say. Viraaj sadly says she did not reply and walked away. Meghna says not a problem, if a girl is silent, then she means yes.
At night, Jyoti sits under sky and reminisces Meghna excitedly tell they will touch sky one day with their success once they start business and with hard work if it succeeds, it will be a team work where Mandar will handle purchase, she will handle employees, and Jyoti will handle finance department. Out of flashback, Jyoti thinks Meghna’s we and team work became only me so soon. She tells her son that they will leave this place and stay in a different place and he will go to different school.

Mota pappa calls Kangana and asks her what did doctor say. Kangana informs doctor told there is no hope of recovery. Mota pappa says there must be some hope. Puneeth drops Amar and Bindu home. Amar asks him to come up and have tea. Puneeth hesitates. Amar says he needs an assistant and friend who can be with him always and not a driver. Bindu says Amar ji is right.

Meghna’s son Sachin returns home crying and informs her that Jyoti and her son left society. Meghna is shocked to hear that. Sachin says neighbor aunty informed him. She walks to neighbor and asks where did Jyoti go. Neigbhor informs she vacated her house and asked agent to rent it, she even left a box for Meghna. Meghna checks box and finds all the gifts she gave to her and her son. Mandar watches standing behind. She returns home and fumes how can she go without informing her. Mandar says she informed him and left a letter to her. She reads Jyoti’s resignation letter and shouts at Mandar that he knew about it. He asks if he would have told Meghna is not hiring someone else in place of her; Jyoti even wished her to be happy always before leaving. Meghna says Jyoti left her midway and is at fault. Baba silently watches them. Meghna walks away. Mandar says she is doing wrong and going far away from dear ones.

Prarthana returns home reminiscing Viraaj’s words and does not to job for 3-4 days. Her colleague come to meet her and say they are missing her in office. They discuss about Viraaj and say they did not know he was boss’ son. They continue praising Viraaj while Prarthana silently listens to hem. Puneeth walks in and asks Rachna what are they discussing about. Rachna says about Viraaj and Prarthana is listening silently without getting angry. Puneeth smiles.

Precap: Amar gifts similar bag to Kangana and Bindu. Kangana gets jealous seeing Bindu having similar bag. Meghna files Jyoti’s missing complaint and request inspector to search her location via her mobile sim.
Inspector says if she had performed her duty well, her friend would not have left her.
