November will bring some programming changes in Life OK. Well, it’s already common knowledge that Gustakh Dil (Ravi Ojha Productions) will go off air on 14 November.

Now, we hear that the popular show on Life OK, Tumhari Paakhi (Shashi-Sumeet Productions Pvt. Ltd.) is also set for a closure on 14 November 2014.

As we know, Tumhari Paakhi had to lose out on its original male lead Iqbal Khan, owing to creative reasons. The show later introduced seasoned actor Varun Badola as the new lead opposite Paakhi (Shraddha Arya). But the ratings never saw an upswing after the forced change.

A source states, “With both Gustakh Dil and Tumhari Paakhi ending on 14 November, Rajshri Productions’ much-awaited love story Mere Rang Mein Ranganewali will take Gustakh Dil’s 7.30 PM slot from 17 November.”

However, the big change will come in the 8.30 PM band wherein the adventure-packed mini series of Vipul Amrutlal Shah, Pukaar – Call for the Hero will take the biweekly slot of 8.30 – 9.30 PM on Monday and Tuesday from 17 November. With this, Laut Aao Trisha, produced by 24 Frames will air for one hour, three days in a week, i.e. on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 8.30 -9.30 PM from 19 November.

Producer Sumeet Mittal confirmed about Tumhari Paakhi ending.

When contacted, Producer of Laut Aao Trisha, Nandita Mehra said, “Well, we have not got any confirmation from the channel yet.”

A channel source confirmed that Pukaar will air on a bi-weekly basis on a one hour slot from 17 November, every Monday and Tuesday.
