The Episode starts with Bua coming to hospital and arguing with nurse. Nurse asks her to sit. Bua looks at Rupesh meeting the Doctor, who tells that there is an improvement in him. She says you will start walking soon with physiotherapy and exercise. She gives his reports and prescription. Bua thinks Doctor seems to be happy, but Rupesh seems to be sad. Rupesh looks at the reports and thinks once I get fine, Roop and Ishika will separate, this news is good, butI am not happy. He tears reports and throws in dustbin. Kanchan comes and asks if his check up is done. Rupesh says Doctor told that I will take time to get fine. Bua takes the torn reports from the dustbin and keeps it in her purse. Ranvir asks her to give the papers to the man whom he is sending. Bua says ok. Man brings reports pieces to Ranvir. Ranvir joins the pieces and thinks full recovery expecting soon. He thinks when old man is getting fine then why did he tear it. He thinks what is the matter?
Manager tells Ishika and Roop that they are giving good bye gift to them, and gives the couple watches showing their location. Rupesh and Kanchan come home. Haren patel asks how is he? Rupesh says Doctor told that he will be fine soon. Haren Patel asks him to sign and give the papers. He asks Dhawal to bring papers. Kanchan says we have just come home. Rupesh says Mota bhai is right. He asks Kanchan to bring water, but Haren patel don’t let her go. Vaishnavi brings water and gives to Rupesh. Rupesh is drinking, but the water falls on the papers. Dhawal scolds him. Rupesh asks Haren Patel to get the new papers ready. Kanchan takes Rupesh inside and asks what was your hand? She laughs. She says didn’t understand his plan first. Ranvir comes and asks for gift. Manager gives them couple watch too. Roop thanks Manager. Ishika gives one of the watch box to Roop. Ranvir thinks why she does this and thinks there is some connection of Bua’s words with Ishika’s behavior.

Roop is talking to Kamla. Ishika asks him to give call to her and says she is my mummy. Ishika says you also talks to my mummy Papa 24 hours. She takes the call and greets Kamla. Kamla asks are you both fighting. Ishika says no and tells that thepla etc was good. She praises her food and says she shall start catering business and don’t need to do hotel management course also.
