Wedding bells for Abhinav Kapoor

Marriage is a very beautiful phase in life.

Television actor Abhinav Kapoor, who was last seen in &TV’s Dilli Wali Thakur Gurls, is all set to get married to his love of life, Shubhi Grover. Shubhi is a PR professional.

The grand Punjabi styled destination wedding has been planned in Jabalpur on 26 December.

We got in touch with the to-be-groom Abhinav, who shared, “I am very happy that I am getting married to Shubhi who is independent, understanding, supporting and very intelligent. She is a complete sweetheart who takes care of me and my family very well.”

Talking about the wedding functions, he shared “Well, on 25th there will be haldi, sangeet and mehendi ceremony and the wedding is on the next day. I have planned a cocktail reception party in December for my friends and family in Mumbai. Though my close friends from the industry, Naman Shaw, Param Singh, Harshita Gaur, Mayank Sharma, Yash and Gauri Tonk, Sandeep Bhaswana and many more will attend the marriage ceremony.”

Are you happy to ditch your bachelorhood status? “Yes, completely. If you see on a broader prospective, marriage helps you to become a better person. I am a very short tempered guy but Shubhi knows my strength and weaknesses, and accepts me the way I am. This is what I love the most about her.”

So where have you planned to go for your honeymoon? “We will fly to Spain in mid December.”
