Zee TV’s Phir Subah Hogi, produced by IMRC Entertainment recently went through a makeover in terms of storytelling. The show which earlier occupied the prime slot of 9.30pm was moved to the extended slot of 11pm in October last year. And the change in time slot did not help the show’s ratings which took to an all-time low (0.8 according to recent ratings). We now hear that the channel has decided to end the project.

Phir Subah Hogi will air its last episode on 22 March 2013. The channel will most probably air repeats at the slot of 11pm.

We tried contacting Producer Rajesh Chadha, but could not get through to him.

When contacted, the protagonist Gulki Joshi told us, “We have been hearing about the show going off air. But we are yet to receive any official confirmation on the same.”

    Also, this show is way much better than that stupid Rab Se Sohna Ishq. It’s Rab Se Sohna Ishq that should be ending not this!! I want Sugni and Aditya back together!!!

    What!! This is sad!! It can’t end, not like this. If it has to end then at least make it such that Sugni is with Aditya and that Vikram is alone or miserable. Sugni and Aditya belong together. Please don’t separate them, AdiNi forever.

    if they are taking this off why cant they get rid od stupid Sahiba Daljeet and Ranveer?

      I really hope Gulkimgets something with a really good storyline. She is so beautiful and talented.

      PSH was a good story, until it got all messed up by bringing back supposedly dead wife, separating adi and Amrita etc. it became total confusion.

      I would have really liked to see Sugni get married to a Thackoor and live a respectable life and show the world that there is hope for young girls of Marwari oaf the Bedni clan.

      This entry of Reva was a big mistake, just my take.

      by bringing Reva in…made a mistake

      they said this was off a true story

      i thought sugni would prove herself as being a good woman despite her background and they would show her obstacles to true acceptance by all

      but eh blame the writers
