Parag brings his friend Yash to Dwarkamayi and they both start weaving garland as per Sai’s order. Yash finishes first. Parag gets jealous and asks him to give knife. Yash gives handle side to Parag with sharp side on his side. Parag pulls knife and it cuts Yash’s fingers. Yash wipes his fingers with cloth. Sai says Yash he can return to his work. Yash leaves. Parag asks Sai why did he let Yash go without question him. Sai says Yash is his loyal friend and he didn’t notice that he took sharp part of knife on his side and gave him handle part, bearing cut to his fingers. Parag asks what about loss in his business. Sai says his vendors know howmuch he is jealous of Yash, so they provoke him against Yash and make him buy goods at high price, so he is incurring loss; if he takes

Yash’s advice and do business, he will gain profit. Parag apologizes Sai for misunderstanding Yash and promises to take Yash’s help always.
Mahajani kaka returns home after consulting doctor for Dayaram’s illness. Rekha asks what did doctor say. Mahajani says doctor told there is no treatment for Dayaram’s condition.

Udhav, Govinda and other kids return to Dwarkamayi sadly and discuss that Anta and Panta took away all decorative items, how will they celebrate janmastami without decorative items. Sai enters and says with their self-confidence and suggests that they can use old chandeliers and decorative items, it is just how they find happiness matters. They discuss how will become bal Gopal this time. Udhav says he will and Govinda says he will. A girl says she will as why should boys enjoy the privilege always. Sai asks them to write their names in a chit and whoever’s name he picks will become Balgopal. They do same. Sai sees a chit glowing and picks it. Peacock feather emerges out of it and flies away. They are surprised to see that and say they just wrote their names in chits. Sai says Gopal has chosen someone already. Feather flies and falls in front of Dayaram. Dayaram jumps to pick it and finally it falls in his hands. Mahajani tells though doctor may not have treatment for his son’s illness, he trusts god and god will not disappoint him.

Champa meets Sai with her baby girl Shagini, says everyone are amazed to hear name Shagini. Sai asks her to leave Shagini in ground. Champa says stone pebbles will hurt her knees. Sai asks if she trusts her. Champa says more than herself and drops Shagini in ground. Shagini starts walking. Champa is amazed to see that. Sai describes how one should let children grow on their own and gives example of a bird which pushes her offsprings from nest so that they learn to fly, without fearing about them falling down. He continues his moral gyaan.
