Ravi and Vishi spend some playful time in the kitchen and gets intimate. Ajji calls for the tea.
The hooded man enters the house and takes the papers from a trunk. Ravi comes to bring water for Ajji, the man attacks her but his stabber fell off the floor. The box fell down as Ravi resists. The family hear the bang and run inside. The hooded man succeed to run away from chawl without being caught.
At home, they find the trunk open. She cries over the lost papers of chawl.
In the office RV was happy and appreciates the hooded man for doing what was pending for long.
The next morning, Ajji cried for the papers and wonders what would the residents of chawl think about her. How she will face them all, and ashamed of herself. Avinash thinks everyone behind the papers is kidnapped,

then who is this? If it’s some builder? Ravi thinks about RV, she recalls hearing Sonia once talk to RV. She asks Vishi if it’s RV. A car stops right outside the chawl. RV appears from it with a gun man. Vishi says Ravi is right, it must be the same builder. He suggests about calling the inspector and call RV in his office. RV had arrived and says it won’t be needed, he came here by himself. Everyone was shocked to see him walk into the house. RV says he is the same, Rakesh Varma aka RV; a known builder of this city and now the owner of this Chawl. He says this chawl and this house belongs to him. The men push him outside, but RV deters that it’s their last night in the chawl. He shouts over his men to push them all out of the chawl. The man in hood waited in the car. RV watches Vishi fight the men bravely. RV shouted that he need each of the house emptied. Vishi confronted a goon with a stabber approaching Vishi. Ajji threw a wooden rod over him. RV asks Ajji if he must give the good news to residents of chawl. Avinash says this builder RV attempted to steal the Chawl papers and finally succeeded last night. RV announces that Dalvi family has sold the Chawl papers willingly to him. He will build a mall in this place and he wants this chawl vacant. The builder and his goons leave.
Ajji faints. The residents of the chawl inquire if he really got their chawl’s papers. Ajji cries holding her head. The ladies cry and blame Ajji; the residents demand Ajji to return the papers of chawl. Ravi tells them to stop it, she spent her whole life to protect the chawl. Ladies blame that anyone can change for money. People give them a time for 23 hours to get the papers, else they will file a complaint in police.
The hooded man watches a video of chawl’s fight. RV come to celebrate their victory and pours drink for both in the office.
Ajji sat in a corner, doomed for breaking the trust of people at Chawl. Ravi assures Ajji that they will soon get over this trouble. Ajji questions how, it’s not possible anymore. Ravi promises that she will bring those papers back. The family assure their support to her. Avinash says they must tell everything to the inspector, he may help them. Vishi says they won’t get the papers this way, he must have hid them. Ravi was determined to get the papers within next 24 hours from Ravi.
