The episode begins with the judge finalising the case. Bhim Rao intervened, he requested Judge to let him explain why he got 15 minutes late. Joshi questioned, as it wasn’t going to change anything. Rama supported Bhim Rao. Varchand questioned as no one could be allowed to speak in-between. Rami requested Judge to let his son speak. Everyone argued. Judge allowed Bhim Rao to speak.

Bhim Rao told that he had to face a panchayet on their way here because of that panchayet they had to take another route. They got late. Joshi questioned how it bothered the case. The Judge forbids Joshi from intervening. Judge questioned how the panchayet was a concern to this case. Bhim Rao said that the road was made a panchayet place which troubled them today similarly making this college a court would effect its children. Everyone clapped. Barrister was proud of what Bhim Rao said. Bhim Rao said that he wants to serve this nation, he requested the judge to support him. Judge asked Barrister if he had any counter question. Barrister refused; he was in favor of what Bhim Rao said but asked Bhim Rao to give a written assurance that he would be responsible to whatever happens in this college afterwards. Bhim Rao questioned; it wasn’t his job. Barrister argued as per law they were sitting on Governments property.

Judge announced the verdict. He said that the college would not open until the officer fully examine it. Joshi and Varchand congratulated the officer. Bhim Rao and his supporters were in vain.
Barrister told Bhim Rao that a lawyer always molds his arguments according that favors his case. Bhim Rao asked Barrister what was right. Barrister approved of the courts case. Bhim Rao didn’t approve of the courts case. Ramji asked Bhim Rao not to disrespect Barrister. Bhim Rao said that it was his opinion. Barrister left.

Hitesh and his fellows returned to the chawl celebrating Bhim Rao’s defeat. They mocked Daliya an Phuliya relating Bhim Rao’s defeat. For Jijabai Ramji, Meera and Rama lost as well. Their defeat was necessary to overcome the growing ego. Hitesh called for a celebration. Varchand came, he announced the celebration. He asked everyone to be prepared as the British officer would come to celebrate with them. Bhim Rao and his family came.

Joshi called Bhim Rao, reminded him to be aware of his caste and not to compete with them again. Bhim Rao went inside. Joshi asked everyone to prepare for the celebration.
At night, Ramji sat alone. Meera came to him, asked why he was so worried. Meera asked Ramji to let go. Ramji said that he was observing Bhim Rao’s face while the court announced the verdict. He couldn’t see Bhim Rao lose. Ramji wouldn’t have been this upset if Bhim Rao lost the cricket match, but he lost a fight for education. Meer and Ramji were Bhim Rao’s well-wisher, she asked Ramji not to trouble Bhim Rao. Ramji said that it wasn’t an ordinary defeat. Everyone was celebrating his defeat. Bhim Rao should understand what it meant. Ramji called Bhim Rao. Meera tried to stop him. Ramji called Bhim Rao and took him aside.

Everyone int eh chawl was celebrating. Hitesh was drunk. He told everyone that now Ramji would deliver a lecture which would make Bhim Rao feel like a King. Rama, Lakshmi, and everyone else came out. Joshi and Varchand asked Ramji to start. Ramji reminded Bhim Rao how he stayed with everyone when he won but today when he lost, he locked himself in his room. Ramji said hat he must never do that again; Bhim Rao must understand people’s behavior after his victory or defeat. It would be a lesson for him. Bhim Rao must look how everyone was celebrating his defeat, it would ease his pain.
