Aanchal asks Kabir not to worry. They hear wind shime sound and thinks he is coming. Aanchal’s mangalsutra gets stuck in his shirt. Aanchal breaks it and throws on floor. Ranvir comes there and sees Aanchal on floor. Aanchal asks him why did he leave her and cries asking him to be with her always. She says I love you very much Kabir and thinks her hatred will betray his love. Kabir manages to go from there and reaches hospital in old man’s get up. Dr. Agnihotri asks why did you come here? Kabir tells him that Aanchal has to win and shares his plan. Dr. Agnihotri smiles.

Ranvir sees Aanchal writing love message with paint on the wall. Aanchal sees him and acts, tells that Ranvir is her best friend and have done so much to unite them. She sees Ranvir and says she wants to unite with him. She tries to kiss him, but he moves back and falls colliding with paint box. Aanchal falls with him and acts to kiss him, but Ranvir pushes her and runs from there. He comes out and tells Sarika that he is ruined and fears to lose Aanchal. Sarika says Aanchal is unwell and asks him to send her far away.

Ranvir says Aanchal will stay with me. She asks him to send Aanchal and says Dr. Agnihotri will treat her. She recalls Dr. Agnihotri calling her and telling that Aanchal has to go away from Ranvir to end his obsession. Ranvir says I don’t know what to do. Sarika thinks she won’t let him ruined.
