Kashi says to Baji he is her Senapati so he is not allowed to go anywhere and it’s her order. She apologises to Baji saying she has no other option to stop him. Baji says he shouldn’t have given her the post of Peshwin. Radha was right about her. The way Bihubai was tortured by her husband he should get punished for that. Baji adds Kashi is failing to fulfil her duties. What will people think about them? Kashi says whatever it is but she won’t be biased while taking the decision. She will hear Bihu’s point of view too. She says if Baji wants to snatch her Peshwin’s post then he can do that freely. But if he can’t do that then he should let her take the decision. He says power changed her approach. He made her the Peshwin on King Shahu’s request but now he regrets for that. He says she will go through the same pain what Bihu went through. He says he wont give Kashi the rights of a wife. He wanted to gift her something but now it seems she has no time for all this. Kashi gets shocked hearing that.

Baji says her life will be loveless and he will not fulfil her wish. Kashi cries alone and says she lost everything while fulfilling the duties of a Peshwin. She loses hope saying now she will never get her husband’s love. What was her fault that she can’t be happy even after being close to Baji. Bihu says she wants her husband to get punished at any cost. Baji says he is bound to obey Kashi’s order but he assures Bihu he will serve justice to her for sure and will punish her husband. Radha says Baji shouldn’t have given the post of Peshwin to Kashi. She took advantage of that. Bihu says Baji won big battles but lost to his wife. She says she should have died instead of coming here to demand justice. She leaves upset and Baji says Kashi made him helpless today. He will never forgive her for that.

Kashi learns from Surya that the accused person is a renowned money lender who invested money for Bajirao’s army. If he gets accused or punished then everything will be finished and Peshwa will lose all power and will never get money. Kashi says but they cant avoid the matter just because the accused persons is rich. She will do justice doesn’t matter what will be the consequences. Surya gets worried and Kashi goes to perform the Pushp Puja.

Kashi calls Baji but receives a letter from him that she has right on her Senapati but not on her husband anymore. So he won’t attend the Puja. Kashi gets hurt and says Baji is busy in some work. Priest says she has to perform the Puja with her husband else she will suffer in future and won’t get the chance to perform any ritual with him. Kashi says that won’t happen. Radha informs Chimaji is absent. Kashi tells her not to panic and the latter blames her saying Bihu is upset because of her stubbornness and Bihu gathered courage to tell the truth to her family but she got nothing but pain. Radha warns Kashi saying if anything happens to Bihu then she won’t spare Kashi. Kashi cries.

Everyone tries to stop Bihu from leaving and she says she didn’t get justice and didn’t get support of her family even. Kashi asks her to have patience, Bihu takes off all the holy threads and throws them away saying these make no sense now. Nothing can protect her. She throws away her mangalsutra as her husband doesn’t love her. She says she will become nun. Kashi stops her and says if the criminal doesn’t get punished til tomorrow then she will never show her face to Bihu. Bihu says if Kashi fails to serve her justice then she will have to leave Bajirao and will choose to become a nun for the rest of her life. Kashi recalls Baji’s decision and accepts Bihu’s condition with a heavy heart. Everyone gets shocked to hear that.

Precap: Kashibai says to Bhiubai, I understand the results and I promise I’ll pay for the consequences and asks Surya to arrest Bhiubai’s husband.
Surya says do you understand if he gets arrested then it’s end of being peshwai.
Bhiubai brothers says to Kashibai when you remove all the gold only then we will be at same level then give the justice. Kashibai removes all her gold. Bajirao says what you did Kashi, do you understand the meaning of retirement?
