The ambulance rushes to the hospital, the doctor advises Aayush’s Grandmother the medicine, then asks her to consult the nurse if she doesnot understand anything, Aayush going to her says he is going to have something to eat at the canteen, she drops the file and gets worried wondering where Aayush went.

Aayush is standing in the canteen, Sonakshi comes to him greeting him but he takes a step backward, she exclaims she has brought something for him however he replies he doesnot want it, she asks him to come and sit with her at the table, she taking out the sandwich mentions Soha has made it for her, he is surprised she made it for him, Sonakshi mentions that not only her but they all miss him back at the house, she asks him to have and reveal what it tastes like, Aayush after eating it exclaims it is really tasty, she says he should eat it all, Sonakshi questions him what does he like to eat, he stops talking, she then asks him to tell her from the menu board what does he like, he points towards his favourite dish but she mistakes it for Veg, he then asks her to see a little below, she questions if he likes Non Veg, she informs him of a secret saying that she also likes chicken, after making him sit on the table, she explains she is Bengali and likes to eat Non Veg, saying that the make fish every time in her house which she loves, Aayush questions then why does she not eat Non Veg at the house, Sonakshi replies that she loves his father but he doesnot prefer to eat Non Veg so she also doesnot insist, Aayush thinks it might be because of the strict Grandmother of Soha, Sonakshi replies she is not strict but is only following the tradition which have been passed down from generations, she explains they only do what they learn from their parents just like she learned from her parents while they learned from her Grandparents, both of them are talking when there is an announcement for Aayush that he must come to the ICU.

Aayush rushes away, Sonakshi gets worried, Mr Verma questions how can he go like this without saying anything she is worried when Aayush calls her from behind, his Grandmother hugs her questioning why did he leave without informing her, Aayush replies that he told her he was hungry so is going to eat a sandwich, she is worried wondering how can she forget, Sonakshi enters from the door, Mr Verma questions why did she come, Sonakshi replies she has come to help him regarding his diet,. The nurse explains she is a reputed doctor of this hospital, Sonakshi asks if it is all in English, misses Verma replies she cannot understand anything, Sonakshi asks the nurse to get it all translated in Hindu, she assures they will receive a text from them, Sonakshi says he is going to be discharged today, she offers to drop them but Mr Verma replies they have done a lot for them, there is no need for anything now, Sonakshi going to Aayush exclaims they all would be waiting for him, she leaves while Mr and Misses Verma are still angry.
Ishwari is wondering how can they dare as they have stolen their kid and are now refusing to return their child, Ishwari mentions Aayush would consider them to be true because he lived with them, they would now take the help of the police because they have taken their child, Sonakshi also comes mentioning she came after meeting them while they were going back to their house, Ishwari questions how can she come without her child, she should have pleaded before his Grandmother who is a mother so would have understood, Dev tries to explain that the problem is with Aayush because he doesnot want to come back, Ishwari responds this is not right questioning why can Dev not make a decision because it concerns his own child, she leaves exclaiming that now Bhagwan would help her. Sonakshi and Dev both are really worried.

Ale is sitting at the café when she notices someone staring at her, she asks what he needs, he replies he really liked her earrings and desires to know where she bought them from because he is not able to gift anything good to his mother, Alena agrees to give him so takes out her belongings, she starts writing down the address when he secretly takes away her keys so leaves smiling.
Mr Verma is sitting when he drops the glass, Aayush goes to Dadi asking her to not making anything else for him because he will eat what she has made for Dada, he gives her the medicine then takes her to the room explaining he got into a fight with Soha so left the house in anger otherwise they all are really nice people, Misses Verma questions if he likes it in the house, Aayush recalls the moments he saw causing distress to his Grandparents, he explains he wants to go back to Dev uncles house, Misses Verma says that he would take him but Mr Verma replies that he needs to leave.

Dev is in the house, he gets a call from Mr Verma saying that Dev can take back Aayush, Dev is really excited so reveals the good news, Baldev hands him the keys so he immediately leaves, Dev knocking on the door asks Aayush to come, he hugs his grandmother, handing Mr Verma the medicines advise him to take care of himself.

Dev is sitting with Aayush in the car, he is crying not able to understand how to talk, Sukhi calls him however Dev ends it saying he is busy, Aayush hands him a napkin asking how did he not understand him when he claimed to be just like him, Dev realizes his mistake and apologizes to Aayush also handing him a napkin, Dev assures this will all change, he takes Aayush to the rose garden explaining he knows Aayush used to come here often, Dev asks him to reveal what he used to do here, Aayush explains he would come with his Grandfather and ride his bicycle, he even broke his teeth one time, Dev promises him that they will take care of him and his Grandparents assuring they will even take him to meet them more often, Aayush replies his Grandmother is old so cannot manage everything. Dev hugs him tightly.

Sonakshi is cooking, Soha comes asking what she is preparing as it smells really nice, she is worried why did Aayush left without saying anything explaining she feels he doesnot like them, she hears the car arriving so rushes to greet Aayush.

Dev is with Aayush at the front gate, Radha is the first to apologize explaining she felt asleep so was not able to take care of him which is why he left, Bijoy also reveals he fell in a hole while searching for him and cannot even find his shoe, Ishwari comes out explaining that he must never leave like this again.

Soha comes to Aayush explaining she has a surprise planned for him in their room, Ishwari tries to follow them, but Baldev asks her to let them spend some time alone, Soha holding the hand of Aayush sees Sonakshi, she takes Aayush up to her room.

Precap: Bijoy asks Dev if Aayush revealed the reason he left, as there has been a lot of tension between him and Sonakshi, mentioning that their problems should not affect the child. Sonakshi is dancing with Soha and Aayush, Ishwari exclaims Raksha Bandhan is such an auspious event that it will end with Aayush becoming an integral part of their family.
