Tejasvini’s Vaid ji sits next to Sai. Sai is resting. He looks at the people around him and checks Sai’s pulse. He takes out that herb and starts grinding it. Tejasvini says Sai will breathe his last when he will take that medicine. He will be out of our life! Just wait and watch. Sandhya smirks. Vaid ji feeds that mixture to Sai. Sai starts breathing heavily. Everyone panics. Tejasvini and Sandhya are smiling from ear to ear. Baizama looks at Vaid as Sai struggles for breath. She asks Vaid ji why Sai is shivering suddenly. Sai passes out. Vaid ji feels bad but is helpless. Vaid ji says this medicine can treat anyone who has had a heart attack. How could this happen? Baizama asks him about Sai. Vaid ji says wish you had called me here earlier. The medicine given to Him has caused him harm. It would be a big thing if he is able to survive tonight! Everyone is stunned. Vaid ji says no Vaid can do anything when God decides otherwise. Appa Kote holds the pillar to support himself. Vaid ji feels bad for lying to everyone. Baizama says nothing will happen to my Sai. This is my faith.

Tejasvini walks inside. I think we should make preps as per Vaid ji’s words. Baizama repeats the 2 words at everyone – Shraddha and Saburi. Sai says that these 2 words are very powerful. Now our dedication and faith will revive his health.

Villagers sit down to pray for Sai’s well-being. Vaid ji feels bad but cannot do anything as Tejasvini is still there. Prabhuji Karo Sahaye plays in the background. Tejasvini thinks what will Shraddha and Saburi do when Sai is lying unconscious here.

Gomti ji tells her husband to rest for some time but he has to distribute blankets to people. Mitali reminds him that they have to wake up early morning. Ramdas ji says how I will be able to rest tonight. She says it is important to rest as well. He assures her that he will be back soon. I cannot shy away from my duties just like Sai takes care of us round the clock. Sleep on time. I will be back soon. Mitali feels bad for him.

Next morning, Ramdas ji is eagerly waiting for Sai. Baiza Akka said that he will come. He welcomes the guests. Mitali sits in the mandap. Gomti ji and Ramdas ji become emotional. Gomti ji walks up to her husband. You were waiting for this day right? Ramdas ji nods. This happiness is incomplete without Sai. They welcome the guests / villagers who come in.

Tejasvini is pleased by what Santa and Banta tell her. Let me know when the villagers will start mourning his death. They agree.

Keshav checks Sai’s pulse and heartbeat. It is very faint.

Ramdas ji notices the worried faces of the villagers. Mitali and her husband take pheras around the holy fire. Mitali hugs her Baba. Ramdas ji excuses himself for a second. I thought Sai will come here in person to bless you but I don’t know where He is. It isn’t right to wait as the mahurat might pass soon. He gives her udi as Sai’s blessing. Keep it with you always. He hugs her again and tells Mitali’s husband that Mitali is his life. I am giving you my life. He tells him to understand that he isn’t giving away anything. You are getting a son instead. His parents second him. Ramdas ji says Sai has blessed Mitali after all. It is bound to come true. He bids her adieu with a heavy heart. The guests leave as well.

Ramdas ji wonders why Sai dint come. I would have been at peace if you had blessed her. He asks villagers if Sai isn’t back yet. Salim says we don’t know. He was supposed to come back today. Ramdas ji decides to go to Dwarkamai to check himself. I will wait for Him there till I meet him. I want to know why He missed the wedding. Did I do anything wrong? Is He upset with me? Villagers get tensed. Gomti ji tells him not to think like that. He might not have been back on time. Ramdas ji is sure there is some reason as to why He couldn’t fulfil his promise. Bheema tries to dissuade him politely but Ramdas ji is restless. Something is not right. Half of the guests from this village dint even show up to the wedding! Something is fishy.
