Neil gets busy sorting out property dispute with lawyers while Minnie watches Neil’s family photos reminiscing telling Neil that she trusts him blindly and knows he will not break his trust. She then sees Neil with a woman. Lawyer says Mrs. Neil Oberoi came. Minnie is shocked hearing that and looking at Neil reminisces him telling he wants to tell her about his past. Neil walks to her and holding her hand introduces her to his ex-wife Nisha and says Nisha is his bitter past. Nisha says whom he is telling bitter past was his better half. Neil says bitter half. Lawyer says there will be some bitterness in divorce cases. Neil says he wants to get rid off his past and asks Minnie to sit with him. Nisha says its their personal matter and his friend is not allowed. Minnie says she will wait outside. Neil holds her hand and makes her sit. Nisha calls maid and asks to come in. Lawyer says Nisha needs his investments, house, 60% salary share as alimony, etc. Neil says okay. Lawyer says this house is Neil’s parents’ last gift and case is pending since 5 years because of this dispute. Neil says he will forgo even house. Lawyer asks what about Kia. Kia walks to Nisha and hugs her. Neil looks at Kia emotionally. Surmayi ankhiyon me..song..plays in the background. Nisha hides behind maid and looks at Neil. Lawyer says Neil has to give Kia’s custody to Nisha and cannot meet her till she turns 18. Nisha says same. Neil says how can it be. Lawyer asks him to sign. He picks pen and then says he needs time to think. Nisha says they will meet next week for court hearing then, she needs to take Kia for dance class; she walks away and gets into car. Neil pleads to let him meet Kia. Nisha says he has already moved on, but she has only Kia with her and leaves in car. Neil sits shattered. Minnie stands mum seeing all this.
Minnie reminisces meeting Ashok after 16 years and her rest of ordeal. Neil calls her. Minnie with shivering voice says she will return to Patiala in taxi as he may stay here in his house. Neil says he works in Patiala Babes restaurant and is Minnie’s tenant, what will he do here. He gets into taxi and says let us go back.
Biji calls NB who informs her that Minnie has gone to Delhi with Neil even after her she warned her not to, not to worry as Minnie will return soon. Minnie gets into taxi with Neil. NB calls her and asks to return home soon as they are all worried for her.
Precap: In taxi, Neil tries to keep his hand on Minnie’s hand, but she pulls her hand away.
