Abhay scolds Rohan for injuring himself. Gehna asks him not to scold Rohan as he didn’t injure himself purposefully and asks him to wait for them in car till she gets Rohan treated by local doctor and return to him. Abhay permits. Anant rushes towards Abhay to find out how is he related to Gehna. Abhay reverse counts 10, 9, 8 to calm himself down. Rudra kicks him down. Abhay identifies him and asks why is he misbehaving with him. Anant says he found out his evil plan of trapping Gehna, he will find out why Gehna is support him and will get her out of his grip. Abhay says he came here with his wife Kajal. Anant brutally trashes him and rushes to meet Gehna. Abhay thinks Anant found out truth, he will not let Anant take away Kajal from him.
Gehna get Rohan treated and asks him to go to car where daddy and grandma are waiting while she pays doctor’s fees and returns to them. Anant walks to her. She runs away seeing him and asks not to trouble her. He asks to listen to him once. She slips. He holds her. She gets a blurr flashback of similar event, then asks him to leave her as she wants to return to her husband. He says Abhay is not her husband and has manipulated her to believe that he is her husband and his son is her son. She pushes him into swimming pool. He asks if she doesn’t feel weird when she is around Abhay, she is her husband Anant and she is his wife Gehna. She stops hearing that. He asks if she remembers Baa, Bapuji, Kanak, Pankaj, etc.; don’t she think she knows him, does she remember promising him Saath Nibhana Saathiya. He shows their wedding pics and asks if she trusts him now.
Abhay walks in and warns him to stay away from his wife. Anant warns to stop lying. Abhay says Anant photoshopped his wedding pic and replaced his face. He alleges that Anant is following her since long and is even the reason for their baby’s abortion. Gehna gets a flashback of losing her baby and warns Anant to stay away from her or else it would be bad for him. Abhay warns Anant to forget Gehna as she is his wife Kajal now and walks away grinning and thinking he hired a hacker to hack Anant’s mobile and photoshop his pics. Anant takes his family to reception and informs that Gehna was here. Bapuji says if he is proven wrong, he will concentrate on health, career, and future life. Anant asks receptionist to check about Abhay and his wife Kajal. Receptionist says they were here, but checked out sometime ago. Anant asks Baa to believe him. Baa says he is tired and should rest. Bapuji says they should go from here before situation worsens here.
Gehna thanks Abhay for supporting her. Abhay says he can sacrifice even his life for her as she and his family are everything to him. His friend Manish walks in and says who else can understand it than him. Abhay happily hugs him and asks what is he doing here. Manish he got his posting to a nearby govt hospital and seeing Abhay’s family says he set up a perfect family, greets family, and asks where is Kajal bhabhi. Gehna says she is Kajal. He asks Abhay if he remarried, she is not Kajal. Abhay says he is drunk and is lying. Manish says he is not. Abhay alleges that he came here to ruin his happy family life on Anant’s order. Manish asks who Anant. Abhay physically abuses him and sends him away.

Anant asks him to think what is Abhay’s truth. Abhay offers her medicine. She says if its for her mental health, then why he gives it to his family. He gets angry.
