Anant and Gehna take injured professor Kumar to hospital. Doctor takes him to OT for treatment. Anant seeing Gehna tensed assures her that professor will be fine. Gehna asks who were the people who tried to kidnap her and what is their intention. Doctor comes out and informs that professor’s condition is very critical due to blood loss. Anant says he will donate blood as his blood group is O+. Doctor agrees and after transfusion informs that professor is out of danger, he had injures on his hand and head and can be discharged by evening. Anant and Gehna take professor home after discharge. Baa thanks him for saving Gehna’s life and Bapuji asks him to visit them often followed by Anant. Professor smilingly agrees and leaves. Anant gets Sagar’s call who says he spared his wife today. He identifies Sagar and warns him of dire consequences if he dares tries to harm his wife or family. Sagar reveals that this time he cannot defeat him as a hero is villain this time and someone whom Anant cannot even think of is supporting him. Anant thinks who must be helping Sagar. Pankaj, Gehna, and Paresh hear his conversation.
Baa calls Gehna and informs that samithi members have come. Gehna serves them tea. They invite family for Ganesh utvas/festival. Tia asks what is special this time. Committee lady says they will organize modak and other cooking competition. Radhika says Gehna will win cooking competition. Lady says they will distribute food among needy families who lost their dear ones during pandemic. Gehna agrees to participate. Once ladies walk away, Pankaj and Paresh ask Gehna why did she agree to participate in competition as Sagar’s threat is on her. Family gets tensed hearing that. Gehna says Ganesh ji will protect her and ward of Sagar named evil. Krishna returns home limping. Gehna asks why is he limping. He says he fell down while rehearsing his play.
Gehna and Anant visit professor’s house. Professor welcomes them. Anant asks about his condition. Professor says he is feeling better, but wounds will take time to heal; he asks why Gehna didn’t attend college today. Anant says she will study from home as she has a threat outside. Professor says law studies are tough and its difficult to study from home. Gehna requests him to visit her house and teach her. Professor says its not possible as he won’t be having much time. She requests that he will find for her somehow and she understood his lecture easily today. He agrees. She invites him for Ganesh pooja at her home tonight.
Desai family with committee members bring Ganesh ji’s idol to pandal/tent. Sagar enters with musicians playing drum with color on his face. Desai family doesn’t identify him at all and get busy in pooja. Sagar walks to Kanak and says he is back. Kanak follows and meets him. Radhika follows her and seeing Sagar asks why did he come here as Desai family may identify him. Kanak says Sagar is her puppet and when she couldn’t identify Sagar, how will anyone identify him. Radhika says someone may have more sharp vision than her and scolds Sagar. Sagar determines to punish whole Desai family at once. She asks if he will drown them with Ganesh ji. Sagar with an evil laugh says more than that, he will character assassinate them and they won’t be able to show their faces in whole Surat. They return to pooja. Sagar puts a chit in Anant’s pocket and walks away easily. Anant senses someone was behind him. Gehna shows him chit. He reads it.
Precap: Anant reads Sagar’s note that every year Ganapati bappa comes, but this is Anant’s family’s last festival. He sees color on paper and realizes drummer was Sagar.
