The Episode starts with Dr. Malhotra hearing two nurses gossiping about him and his two wives. He asks Ms. Fernandes to terminate them. Nurses say sorry, but in vain. Vikrant searches for his phone and asks Priya it. Priya asks him to have food first. He asks if she has hidden it. Priya says no. Sanket comes and keeps phone. Priya says it is under the bed and is about to touch it, when Vikrant stops her and asks her not to touch his phone. Dr. Malhotra tells Adarsh that everyone is gossiping about him, just because of Savitri and asks him to announce committee elections so that everyone gets busy and forget about gossip. Sanchi tells Savitri that she must be very happy today for going home. Savitri says she is very happy, this feeling is food and asks Sanchi to come and meet her. Sanchi thinks Jaya
would have been happy to see her fine. Veer comes and compliments on her beauty. Savitri asks him to take her home and says she waited for years to reach home. Veer promises to take her home.
All staff members gather to wish Savitri and meet her. Veer introduces Dr. Kabir to Saitri. Everyone gives her gifts. Savitri blesses her and asks her to study well and become a good doctor. Dr. Malhotra asks Savitri to come home. Dr. Kabir asks all interns to get back to work. Dr. Malhotra asks Savitri to sit n car. They sit in car. Savitri says she wants to go to temple. Veer says he will take her later. Dr. Malhotra says you shall go home and rest now. Savitri says she wants to start her new life after visiting the temple. They agree to take her. Jaya thinks how to meet Savitri and sees some miss calls.
Sanket comes to Priya and asks about seeing shooter on phone. Priya if she tells him something then Dadi’s life will be gone. She tells him that why Vikrant will do such thing being my husband. Sanket reminds her that today is their love confession anniversary. Priya tells him that she don’t have any feelings for him, and is very happy with her marriage and asks him to get out. Sanket goes.
Dadi tells Neeta that today is auspicious day, as real bahu is coming back home. Neeta says Savitri Bhabhi is real bhabhi and the black reflection will go soon. Dadi asks Servant to hang Savitri’s pics so that everyone can understand that Savitri is real bahu of the house. Other Servant brings her stuff. Gayatri says this is my stuff. Neeta asks him to keep Gayatri’s stuff in Vaidehi’s room as Dr. Malhotra had said. Gayatri tells neeta that she is the owner of the house. Neeta thinks she didn’t know that Dr. Malhotra played a big game with her.
Dr. Malhotra comes to temple with Savitri and Veer. Gayatri calls him and asks him to scold Neeta for shifting her stuff. Dr. Malhotra says it will be difficult for him to explain to Savitri why you and your mum are staying in my house. Veer and Savitri prays to God. Suddenly she goes missing. Dr. Malhotra and Veer start searching her. They find her outside the temple. Savitri tells them that she forgot the way while doing parikrama. Dr. Malhotra says that’s why I asked you to come here later.
Sunny gets a parcel. Khushboo tells that she brought tshirt for him. Sunny thanks him and asks how I will go? Khushboo asks him to tell that he is going to make project at his friend’s place. Sunny says ok. Khushboo thinks this party will be remembered by you and your mum all life.
Servant gives bouquet and a note to Vikrant and says someone sent it. Vikrant reads the note and questions Priya. Priya says she has ordered this for him. She says today is our some anniversary, she forgot to write her name. Vikrant thanks and hugs her. Sanket is upset.
Dr. Malhotra brings Savitri home. Neeta says welcome Bhabhi. Savitri says Neeta. Dadi greets her. Gayatri in secretary’s dress is about to do aarti. Savitri says she wants Dadi to do her aarti. Dadi does her aarti. Gayatri thinks she will go soon. Dadi asks Savitri to put her feet in colored water and enter. Savitri steps in it and stumbles. Dr. Malhotra and Veer holds her. They make her sit. Veer wipes her feet with towel. Neeta understands it was Gayatri plan. She asks Servant to bring match stick and lights the colored water. It catches fire soon as oil is in it. Dr. Malhotra scolds at Servants. Savitri says she will handle her home. Veer says he will come and meet her in night and goes to hospital. He goes. Savitri says she couldn’t believe that Veer is grown up now.
Savitri likes the house and appreciates Anand. Dadi says it is looking as home for the first time.
Veer comes to hospital and tells that his mum is not saved in the house also. He says he is sure Jaya and his daughter will try to harm his mum. He asks Sanchi why her name is Sanchi. Sanchi is tensed.
