The Episode starts with Parmeet telling Preeto that once her son comes out of ICU then he will show her their value. She says she will show them the difference between Sipahi and inspector. Nurse comes there and says patient gained consciousness. DSP asks constable to bring Soham and Heer to come. Harak Singh tells Preeto that they are Sant’s family.Mahi tells Raavi that that’s why she said to drop Heer. Raavi asks her to drink tea. Shanno tells that they will win and tells that just like Soumya’s life is ruined, Heer’s life will be ruined too. She says the guy seems to have the same courage as Harman and tells that history is going to be repeated.
Parmeet, her elder son and harak Singh’s family come inside the ward. Parmeet asks Virat if he is fine? Virat says he is fine. Constable comes to take statement. Virat’s brother asks him to give statement against Heer’s brothers. Heer prays to God to save her brothers. Virat sees her tensed with her finger crossed and tells that he slipped and fell down the rooftop. Tu hi mera khuda plays….DSP tells that his friends are saying something else. Virat says he went to terrace to have some fresh air. Preeto taunts Parmeet for blaming them. They all leave. Heer looks at Virat and goes. They all come out. Heer’s heel bends. She sits to wear her sandals properly. She sees her brothers going. She then sees a man bringing a bouquet and asks him to give a flower. She takes it and goes to Virat’s ward. She calls his name, but he is sleeping. She writes a message on the note pad, “Get well soon”. She then keeps the flower and letter on side of table. Tu hi mera khuda plays….She turns back and recalls his love confession. She goes. Virat wakes up and finds the letter and the rose.
Harak Singh asks where is Heer? Heer takes antiseptic from the nurse and comes to soham. She applies antiseptic liquid to his hand. he says you take care of me so well. Heer says she is his sister and will care for him. In the jeep, Preeto asks Soham not to do this again. Soham says he will do it if any guy teases Heer. Rohan asks him to control his anger. Heer thinks of Virat. Virat comes infront of the jeep and aims gun at them. He asks only Heer to get down the jeep. Heer says she is enough to handle him. He tells that he has fallen down from the rooftop and tells that he bears the pain as he loves her. he tells that you brought just one letter and rose for me, tells that he has brought many letters and flowers for her. He showers letters and rose petals on her. eer looks up and then turn around happily. Preeto looks shocked. It turns out to be Heer’s dream. She pats on her head thinking this guy is coming in her dreams also. Virat gets up from the bed and wears his jacket. Nurse asks him to rest. he tells that he is fine. Nurse shows the flower and letter. She says get well soon is written on it. Virat gives flower to the nurse and throws the letter in the dustbin, saying until doctors and nurses are there, he don’t need the best wishes.
Heer dances in her room, thinking about Virat and sings mere khwabon me jo aaye….Shanno comes there and asks Heer about the incident. Heer tells that she didn’t know the guy and met him for the first time in college. Shanno says if you have anything in your heart for him then can tell me.
Precap: Heer asks Mata Rani for solution. She decides to meet him. Virat tells his Dadu that he has no interest to meet the girl.
