The Episode starts with Popatlal asking everyone to hear him once. He says trust me, I m not putting color. Babuji scolds him. Popatlal keeps the color away and says I came to tell you all about colors that I m writing an article on colors and doing research. These are the samples which are given for tests. He says I was trying to say and no one heard me. Babuji scolds Iyer for starting the misunderstanding. Iyer says sorry. Babuji leaves. Bhide and Dr. Haathi also scold Iyer. Taarak comes and asks what happened. Iyer tells him everything.
Taarak asks Popatlal is your marriage fixed. Popatlal says no, I m doing research on colors. Taarak promotes Sab TV holi program and Wah Wah Kya Baat Hai show on 16th March 2014 on 9pm. Taarak says Anjali and I are leaving, it will be fun. Taarak wishes everyone happy holi and leaves. Bhide asks Popatlal to tell about colors. Popatlal says I doubt about mixing in colors so I did their test, this is their report. Iyer checks it and says your doubt was right, the colors have chemicals and are not natural. Popatlal says we should not play with artificial colors. He says Bhide call a meeting. Bhide says fine, I will call the meeting.
He shows the letter from municipality and says we won’t get water and cleaners tomorrow, so I think we should not play holi this year. Iyer says fine, lets tell everyone. Bhide says we will tell them later. The women have a talk about their dress code on the Holi day. They are full of enthusiasm. Dayaben says we will wear red clothes tonight. Roshan says yes, also white to play holi tomorrow morning. Dayaben says Anjali and Taarak went for the show. She promotes the show.
Jethalal talks to Babita and she challenges him to apply color to her. Tappu sena looks after the arrangements. Everyone gather for burning Holika. Dayaben and Jethalal does the puja first followed by other couples. Bhide asks everyone to come for the meeting. Everyone ask why. He says come there, then we will wait.
Everyone come in the club house. Bhide announces that there won’t be any holi celebrations this year thinking about many things which affects it. Everyone are shocked. Bhide says I will tell the reasons, we won’t get water tomorrow, also no cleaning. He says Popatlal said about mixed colors. Popatlal says yes, I have done research on it and I wrote an article on it. He praises himself and shows them the test reports and says if we play with those colors, it can affect us. He says Dr. Haathi will be saying us about its harmful effects. Dr. Haathi says its bad for skin and eyes. Everyone claps for him. Iyer says if anything happens, it will be a problem. Tappu says then when will we play holi.
Bhide says we will see later, your final exams are coming. Babita says there should be any solution. Bhide says we have, its not to play holi, as prevention is better than cure. Bhide says we should vote. Dayaben says I can’t, as I don’t have my adhaar card. Jethalal says its not required. Bhide says vote for and against it by raising your hands. Babuji says I agree with Bhide. He says its good if we don’t play holi this year. Jethalal says I agree with Babuji. Everyone agree. Tappu sena says fine, we won’t play. Bhide says so its final that based on the voting, we won’t play holi.
