Anurag over phone tells Arjun that if he doesn’t want him to treat Kaushik, he would have arranged another doctor at least, and asks who the cardiologist. Arjun says he doesn’t know as Ayan is looking after it and disconnects call. Kajol asks who is the cardiologist. Anurag says Arjun doesn’t know as Ayan is handling it. Kajol worries for Bolti and hopes she is fine. Priyanka watches news about Anurag and Kajol’s marriage. Her mother asks her to switch off TV as she knows Kajol is not simple as she portrays herself. Priyanka says she hasn’t accepted her defeat, no one can save Kajol from her, she was just acting as she wanted Kajol to relax and then she will attack not letting her realize who hit her and then she will drag Anurag to marry her. Bulti cries seeing Kaushika’s condition and prays God for him. Kaushik removes his oxygen mask and apologizes her for understanding her love. Bolti says he doesn’t have to apologize and asks to rest. Kaushik says let him speak as he doesn’t know for how many days he will live. Anandita walks in and asks Bulti what happened. Bulti says she will not go anywhere till her papa gets completely well and goes to get his medicine. Kaushika asks Anandita if Bulti spoke to her in-laws. Anandita says no and she will not let that happen.
Bulti walks to Shreya to get Kausik’s medicine and seeing her relaxed asks why everyone so relaxed at home, at least she should be worried for papa; asks about Ayan. Shreya says she doesn’t know and suggests her to listen to everyone but do what she feels is right. Bulti walks away. Shreya thinks even she cannot help Bulti this time. Bulti returns to Kaushik’s room and seeing him speaking loudly over phone asks him to relax. She asks Anandita to return her phone as she wants to talk with Opu once and excitedly says she wants to participate in Kajol’s wedding arrangements. Kaushik says she will not get her phone and will not talk with Apu, Kajol or anyone. He gets out of bed. Bolti is shocked to see him healthy and asks why did he lie about his heart attack. Kaushik says last time he was not prepared, but this time he is and threatens to kill Opu if she leaves the house. Bolti pleas not to harm Opu. Kaushik says he will not only kill Opu but also smash him like a mosquito and cut him into pieces. Bulti tries to leave. Anandita forces her to sit down.
Naina walks in and pleads Bulti to save her brother as he is the only male left in the family and if he dies, whole responsibility will fall on Opu. Bulti cries more. After some time, Bulti wakes up and finds herself in a new house. Kaushik says this her new house from hereon. Bulti says he cannot house arrest her and tells Anandita that Opu and his family will find her. Anandita says they are doing it for her good. Kaushik warns her to act normal when Kajol calls her or else his men will kill Opu.
Anurag with Kajol returns home and says he felt nice after visiting temple. Anu says there is a surprise for Kajol. Chandrika informs that she got a job. Anurag congratulates her and orders cake for her. Kajol calls Bulti to share the happiness. Kaushik warns Bulti to act normal. Bulti picks the call. Kajol reveals that Chandrika got a job and Anurag ordered a cake to celebrate. Bulti congratulates Chandrika. Kajol asks her not to get sad as they will cut another cake when she returns. She notices different home decor in the background and questions Bulti. Bulti says papa needed fresh air and a change of environment and hence they came to papa’s farmhouse. Anurag asks if Kaushik uncle had not sold his farmhouse for 5 crores. Bulti says yes, but they rented it for a few days from its new owner. She then talks with Opu and says she needs to go as she needs to give medicines to papa. Kajol asks her to wait till they cut the cake. Chandrika cuts cake. Bulti says she will go now and asks Opu to take care of himself. Kajol thinks something is wrong. Bulti requests Kaushik to let her go back to her house and family. Kaushik says this is her house now and she will not go back.
