We had reported about the storyline post the leap, where Kartik (Ankush Arora) and Survi (Sonal Vengurlekar) would be separated. While Survi, a career woman, would be living with her daughter, Kartik would be seen as a loner.

All the actors would continue to be a part of the project except Pankaj Vishnu who plays Survi’s father aka Shrikant Mohite.

He confirmed the news with us and said, “I don’t wish to play a grandfather’s role at this point. I want to explore as an actor and I am ready to take up new projects.”

Meanwhile, the new actors who have joined the cast are Madhavi Gogate, Prasad Barve and child actors Harbandana Kaur and Tamanna Dipak.
