Afsar Bitiya 30th August 2012 Written Update

Part One
It begins with Pinky coming to the TTS mansion and giving Pintu a bouquet. He feels reluctant to take it but Babloo tells him that when one gives a gift with love, it is not good to reject it. So Pintu takes it. Meanwhile Sonu asks Pinky why she did not get some flowers for him. So Pintu gives his flowers to Sonu. Pinky is slightly upset while Pintu is relieved. They want to take leave when TTS asks them to stay over for the Satyanarayan Puja. Pinky says if he really insists they will stay back. She says she will finish all the office work over phone….

Part Two
All assemble for the puja. The priest asks him to take the main seat and calls for his wife to come to start the puja. Ganga says that she has gone to her mother’s place so he can start with Pintu himself. The priest says that after marriage it is not possible for Pintu to start a puja ( sankalp…) without his wife….Dihati get an opportunity to ask if it was important to go to one’s mother’s house or attend Pintu’s birthday celebration….Ganga comes to the rescue by saying that since they had planned the puja suddenly that’s why… TTS too agrees here… but Dihati intervenes and says she does not stay too far she is pretty closeby and can come by rickshaw….She says that is not the issue the thing is that one should want to…..Pintu immediately says – It is not that.. Krishna was not well that’s why I asked her to stay back….Pinky tries to support Pintu and asks her Mom to stop. The priest then says the best thing under the situation is for TTS to sit in the puja with his wife…..

Just then Sonu screams out Chachi…. Krishna is there with Manisha and Pintu is really happy so are all others except Pinky/Dihati…. Puja begins and continues……Pinky tries to get close to Babloo during the proceedings…….Her dupattah over him.

The puja ends and all stand for tilak and prasad. Ganga is happy that Krishna came before the puja began. Krishna says it was Babloo Sir who had called up and asked her to come. Ganga is happy. Pintu is worried and wants to know if she had her mother’s consent in coming here. Manisha replies by saying that their mother had not only known about the puja but she had given permission too for attending it.

In a flash back scene, Krishna is hown talking to her mother about the phone from Babloo and the puja. Shet tells her Mom that it is important for the husband and wife to sit together for the puja. Saraswaati wants to know if she wants to go there. Krishna replies that she will never over ride her decision….but adds that to be good wife is also a lesson I have learnt from you. But without your happy and willing consent I won’t go there. Saraswati then allows her to go and tells her that her blessings are always with her. May both of you be together always…. But please Manisha too with you.

Pintu is really happy to hear this. He thanks his brother for making his birthday successful by calling Krishna. Bablo says he need not thank him… husband and wife should be together for the puja… All are happy…..but not Pinky…..TTS says in his sarcastic tone… Master, Today I am also proud of your knowledge. Ghajab!

Krishna wants to take leave but Ganga says it would have been nice if she could have stayed for longer. She adds that it is ok and she is glad that at least she could take part in the puja. Krishna takes their blessings and Pintu offers to drop them home….

Dihati starts off by saying, “What is this – Is Krishna a daughter in law of this house or a neighbor? She came like wind and is leaving like water…” Ganga says she must be having some work. Dihati says she has not seen a mother in law like Ganga who is supporting her daughter in law and covering up for her mistakes….She says that they have given her too much freedom – they should have explained to her…..Ganga says if she needed explanation we would have but Krishna is very knowledgeable and wise – she knows what is good and bad….Babloo too says his mother is right. Pinky also supports Babloo….Dihati gives in and says ok ok….

Pintu, Krishna and Manisha are in the car. He is dropping them home. Krishna wants to know what is there in a gift which he had bought from a shop nearby. Pintu says be patient and you will know. They reach home and Pintu closes Chanchal’s eyes and asks her – Tell me who I am. Chanchal says – you are so foolish – you are not supposed to talk in this game or else wouldn’t I know who it is? Pintu makes a cute sorry face….then he takes the blessings of Saraswati and thanks her for sending Krishna for the puja. She says Krishna is his wife and he need not say such things….He then gives the gift to Chanchal – it is a school bag.

Pintu says he has to go to meet a friend – but Krishna asks him to stay or if not come over later after his work. So Pintu leaves and comes to meet his friend.

His friend wants to take part in the Mr and Mrs Bhagalpur contest and is shy to take the form. So Pintu says go and take the form who will stop you…. While he is looking around at the posters, he sees a man talking on the phone worrying about the manager who had to come from Patna to manage this event but he hadn’t turned up. He is telling someone on the phone that if you find a suitable person let me know. Pintu tells him that He is Pintu Singh… The man says so what I never asked your name…. Pintu says you wanted a manager right? But that man is really worried and hassled. Pintu tell him that he knows a man who can solve all his problems and that man is standing in front of him..( DBPS music in the background…)

Part Three
Krishna comes to get a form for her UPSC exam. The man says why can’t she get it from the computer now a days it has become so easy… but Krishna says she does not have a computer. He tells her that she can go to a cyber caf and also fill it.. But Krishna says she would prefer to fill it herself and he can give a form to her.

Here the man gives the responsibility to Pintu for organizing the event. HE tells him that it would take place at the Town Hall and he should get permission from the Municipal authorities for the same. He also tells him that arrangements should be made for security on that day. Pintu nods cutely… but does not know what to do for the permission. He thinks of taking Krishna’s help for this. He calls up but cannot get through to her… He tries the landline but it is engaged. He then calls up on Manisha’s number and Krishna wonders why he is calling up in that number – she has Manisha’s phone. He wants to know why she was not picking up her phone and why she had Manisha’s phone. Krishna says she will explain that later and asks him the reason for his call. He asks her whom to contact for getting permission from the Municipal authorities. He says he wanted to help Manoj.

She tells him that first he will need a letter from the organization. He will have to attach all documents about the details of the program like the timings and place of the program…go to the municipal office and they will look into the papers and give you permission with a stamp on it. Pintu goes and collects all details and thanks his wife and tells her he will call later…..

Pintu has been chosen as the manger of this event. He is asked to start his job right away…
