Vibhuti is dressed as nurse and visits anguri. Anguri is talking to amaji saying that she is fine but sometimes she feels ill and then vibhuti calls standing in the door as nurse. Vibhuti comes in and introduces self as Juli chatopadhyay and she is nurse. Anguri says that she will call her chato. Tiwari comes and asks anguri to whom is she talking to and anguri tells that she is nurse. Tiwari then says to anguri that you are dumb and trust anyone we need to verify first. Juli then says that she is from a good family and no one should doubt her. Anita comes in to enquire about anguris health. Anguri says that she is fine. Vibhuti is tensed and thinks in his mind that y is anita here now she will enquire in detail. Anita asks who is she and tiwari says that she is nurse. Anita asks to show

some id proof a adhar card may be but then saxena comes in and says that they should not doubt her as she is the best nurse and I know her. Anita then says to tiwari if saxena gurantees then we should keep her and let her take care of anguri. Saxena meets chato and says that as promised he has to take him in bushes and hit 220 times, vibhuti says that it looks bad but saxena is not happy and vibhuti starts hitting him. School master listens to screams of saxena and chato and is upset and says that todays generation has no manners.
Tilu tika and malkhan come near a compound of house to pee. Malkhan says that lets not do here as the owner will scold us but tilu says that let it be we have drunk a lot of water prem also joins them and says we pee because we drink alcohol more and laughs. Happu singh is talking to his friend that he is very much worried for his health as digestion has become weak,he sat for 6 hrs in bathroom but nothing worked and pls tell some solution or name of some baba who will give solution on it and then he hungs up. He walks to the place where tilu tika malkhan and prem are peeing asking them to stop and not pee there but he is not able to walk because of his stomach. The owner of the house a lady comes out seeing that tilu tika malkhan and prem runs away and she thinks that it was the police who was peeing and says to happu singh that he is so shameless even being a police he has no manners.
Chato is lying on bed thinking how he took efforts to be with anguri and then anguri comes in and asks chato to massage her legs as they are paining. Chato as in vibhuti thinks that anguri is his love and cannot touch her anguri then again asks chato to massage but then she says that no it doesn’t need massage and will get ok itself. Tiwari comes in and asks what is happening and anguri tells that chato is not massaging her legs and then tiwari asks her to do but chato says that its not required tiwari then asks chato to massage his shoulders instead and says to anguri that he will massage her legs. Anguri also asks chato to massage tiwaris shoulder and chato massages tiwaris shoulder.
Vibhuti freshen up and goes to sleep anita sees him and is shocked to see vibhutis chest as it looks like a lady. Anita wakes vibhuti and asks him what is the matter and asks to tell the truth, vibhuti then tells her that he is chato the nurse anita was shocked to know that and says that she had a doubt how can be a woman so masculine and asks vibhuti why is he doing this. Vibhtui tells that he is doing as he feels guilty because of him anguri is suffering anita says that its ok. Anita then asks vibhuti get dressed as chato and then anita romances with him she then asks vibhuti to dance on a song vibhuti denines saying that he is tired but then anita initiates a song and both start dancing.

Precap: anita is dancing with chato to a bollywood song. Tiwari sees it and is upset that anita is dancing with the nurse. Vibhuti as chato is siting with anguri and chato asks her does she loves someone and anguri says that she loves tiwari
