Bigg Boss’ unique marketing gimmick

Bigg Boss has always been one of the most talked about show in the entire space of television business. Over the years, it has churned out some of the finest content (controversial, sweet, sour, et al), and in its sixth season, the channel has come up with a unique marketing gimmick.

What are we talking about…well…if you have gone to watch a movie recently at a multiplex near you…then you must have experienced that before the movie starts… the screen suddenly voices, “Bigg Boss chahte hain…aap sab national anthem ke liye khade ho jayeyi.”

Folks went to check out a movie and came across the gimmick. And guess what…people really laughed and were found appreciating the idea.

Even ex Bigg Boss contestant Dolly Bindra went ahead to tweet about it.

We tried getting in touch with Colors’ CEO Raj Naik to get his take on the entire marketing initiative, but he chose not to revert.

Anyways…the channel did pull a good one with this…kudos!!!
