Casting Director in Colors Code Red Taalash

Colors’ Code Red – Taalash in an upcoming episode will feature its Casting Director as lead.

Deepna Kumar, Casting Director of Colors’ Code Red – Talaash, who is always behind the camera. Well, for the first time she will turn the table around and will face the camera.

Deepna will play the main lead on an upcoming episode of Code Red -Talaash. The story is of a Bengali backdrop where a wife is possessed and her husband helps to get her out of the situation.

We contacted Deepna who confirmed the news, “Yes, first time I will be seen in front of the camera. Initially I was little nervous thinking that will I be able to do but when I started, I got excited.”

We contacted Vikas Gupta, producer of the show, “Yes, Deepna is our casting director and she is playing one of the title roles. We were looking someone on the healthier side for this role. We auditioned a lot of people and finally told Deepna also to audition, she was perfect and she did a brilliant job.”
