Puran is working with the other supporters of Bhim who start bringing the things needed to prepare the office, they all are preparing the structure of the office, Bhim even discusses it with Deepak, while those against Bhim are standing there quietly seeing it, Meera Bua brings water for everyone which they drink before continuing their work, Bhim starts smiling with everyone else after seeing that the structure is complete, Rama says that his office has been completed, seeing this even Lakshmi starts smiling. Sethji says he has understood one thing that their heart should be strong to support, as even him and his brother were forced to do it because ever since he kept agreeing with his brother then till that time he was good but when he disagreed then became bad but they all support Bhim even when they are very weak, Shoba tells Sethji that Bhim is the hope for them and they all see the dream which Bhim is able to fulfill, Bhim asks Sethji to come inside as they should start the work, Shishupal says that if they work then might be able to publish the newspaper tomorrow on the birthday of Bhim, Sethji agrees saying they will publish their newspaper on the birthday of Bhim, Jija Bai and Karina leaves angrily followed by those who are against Bhim.
Shamla says that Meghnath does not even know how to fulfill rivalry as he should have gone on the invitation of Bhim, Meghnath asks why did Shamla not go as he is their leader, Shamla replies she would have felt nice if he had also come, and one day would be proud that his son has done something so big while being associated with Bhim and on that day he will feel bad for disagreeing with Bhim, Meghnath replies he does not want any sort of lecture replying that nothing of the sort will happen.
Jija Bai angrily going to the corner exclaims it is the birthday of Bhim and they will only mourn tomorrow, Jokhu and Phuliya is not able to realize, Jija Bai says she will tell them how to ruin the entire plans and she exclaims Bhim will never be able to forget the birthday tomorrow as it is her promise, Phuliya asks Jija Bai how will she do it, Jija Bai says they all would do it to which even Jokhu agrees saying they will do anything to ruin the birthday of Bhim.
Puran is able to prepare the decoration when Shamla comes saying that since today is the inauguration then she has brought the sweets for them all, they all start smiling when Jija Bai along wit Karuna and the remaining people go there. Puran asks Bhim to come forward and pen the door, Shishupal agrees but Bhim says he feels someone else is suitable for it, they all start looking at him when JIja Bai says now the act will start, as he will call his father and then ask him to open the door while his father is emotional who will start crying and then open the doors. Bhim says his father will not open the door, Karuna asks if Jija Bai did not understand Bhim as he does not need his father to start the office but Sethji who has a lot of connections in the upper class, Bhim tells Karuna that even Sethji does not deserve it, Manohar mentions now he will show his love to Rama, and this is what they say to be opportunist, Bhim replies even Rama is not worthy of it, Phuliya asks who will open it, Ramji says they will get to know once they start listening to what Bhim has to say. Bhim slowly walks past Meera, Seth ji and even Shishupal to go to Deepak saying he will inaugurate the office by opening the doors when he asks the reason, Bhim says because Deepak is the youngest and he feels the future is with the youngster, Rama asks Deepak to go realizing that he will be the one responsible for the future, Bhim takes Deepak to stand in front of the door who starts thinking about what Bhim said, he is able to inaugurate the office seeing which they all start clapping. Bhim is rejoiced by it.
Meghnath while sitting outside is thinking about something, Shamla starts distributing the sweets to everyone one by one, which they all take with a smile on their face while those against Bhim are very furious by it all.
In the night Bhim along with Sethji and Shishupal are entering the office when Sethji says they should start the work, Sethji then sits on his position along with Bhim and Shishupal, when after thinking for a moment Bhim opens the pen thinking how his father said he has bought the new pen for him, because he kept thinking of it as his weapon but should now make the newspaper his weapon but he should give them both the respect, Shishupal is also busy organizing the file while Sethji is also working with immense concentration, Bhim gets tries after writing for a while then goes to Sethji asking him to see it, Sethji is impressed by it and after reading it says Bhim has written it well, as they are going to establish what is their newspaper going to talk about after writing for such a topic on the first page, Sethji tells Shishupal and Bhim that the work has finished today and they should leave, Sethji also closes the file and they all walk out of the office, Rama is still standing there, Bhim locks the door to the office when he sees Rama who is emotional thinking of when Bhim vowed to start the new office with the help of Sethji and Shishupal, then he faced a lot of difficulties in getting the approval for the paper, Shishupal tells Bhim that Rama is thinking of something and got lost in it, Sethji tells Bhim that he will take the papers in the morning which will be printed. Bhim then goes to Rama calling her but she does not move so he touches her on the shoulder asking where is she lost, as she is seeing the dreams of her husband be the truth, Rama says that he is amongst the three owners of this newspaper and he said he will become the boss one day so she is very happy, Jija Bai along with the other people are waiting vowing to start their planning.
