The manager tells the owner that one of the workers might have stolen them and the police would find the real culprit, he tries to leave but is stopped by the owner who is eager to check the manager. The owner starts checking the pockets of the manager, he can find the bundle of money from one of his pockets, seeing which the owner gets shocked along with the manager who cannot believe what he is witnessing meanwhile Karuna is smiling., thinking of how she put the bundle in the coat of the manager when she hit him on the feet.

Shishupal is walking with Bhim who asks him to go back home while he will go to the factory of Rama and return home with her, Bhim informs he always searches for Rama whenever he is in any trouble, Shishupal says he prays that even he and Shamla become like Bhim and Rama so they both go their separate ways.

The owner asks the manager what is this, and he replies he does not know it however is slapped by the owner seeing which Karuna starts smiling, the owner orders the manager to leave this factory demanding that he should not be seen around here, Bhim also enters the factory seeing which everyone is shocked, the manager thinks of when even the police refused to interfere in the matters of Bhim and Rama, the manager says that Bhim came here talking of justice so he should even get justice for him, Karuna thinks what is Bhim going to do now. When the owner says he has heard of Bhim and he has found the money from the pocket of the manager so what is there to prove, the manager says he feels it is the doing of Karuna.

Shoba is making food when Phulari comes giving Shoba a pot of vegetables so Shoba asks if she would calculate these things, Phulari replies this never used to happen in the Chawl but then Bhim got educated and they all learned certain things from him, Shoba asks Phulari to look at the stove in which if they put fire then it will burn while putting water would end it, she says this is the same with life in which if they throw the woods then it would cause fire, Shoba explains they are not the enemies so is suggesting Phulari to also throw water just like her because all the plannings have always been failed and turned into ashes, Shoba throws water over the fire, Phulari replies she is just like that chosen to throw the woods in the stove so she will take the wood in her house and burn it even when she has made the food, so just like it then frustration in her heart for all of them would not end.

Karuna goes to the owner saying Bhim is always against her and can do anything while he is very quick in making stories, Karuna says the owner has seen with his own eyes but the manager assures he has not done anything, Bhim explains that he has not seen anything so what can he say, and the people who were present here would decide and then the manager can even go to the legal system, as they would decide what to do then. The owner asks if he got justice when the manager replies he will surely prove he has not done anything, Bhim is quiet, and Karuna immediately apologizes to the owner for interrupting like this, hearing this the owner is pleased by her and suggests if she would like to be the manager, hearing this Lakshmi and Rama are worried. The owner says Karuna is brave so he feels she would be able to do the work, Karuna replies she cannot believe it when the owner says she is the manager from now on. The owner packs the suitcase when Karuna says she is not educated so it would be better if she had someone to perform the balances, the owner informs her he will come to the factory every day from now onwards, and he leaves while angrily looking at Bhim meanwhile Karuna is smiling. Karuna asks if they all heard that she is the new manager of the godown, she stands in front of the desk with a smile on her face before finally sitting there, Bhim is furious. Karuna tells Lakshmi and Rama that she is the new manager here, she puts her feet up asking them to see how everything changed and she will bring them all in line they should come on time tomorrow so she can show them their rightful place, especially Rama and Lakshmi. She orders them all to leave and they walk away, including Rama and Lakshmi however Karuna stops them both asking where are they going because they should first clean the godown and leave, Lakshmi replies the cleaners come in the morning, Rama says she does not want to work here and then takes the hand of Lakshmi but she replies where are they going to search for work, Rama says that Karuna would just tease them but Lakshmi makes Rama swear on her life to go back, Bhim tells Karuna that she is making a mistake but Karuna replies he does not even work and even his wife is planning to leave, Bhim tries to argue but Karuna orders them both to leave so they walk away while Karuna keeps smiling, Lakshmi thinks her mother is ill and she does not know when she would get the new job so she has to work, Karuna thinks they should see what else she does while being the manager here.

Rama is crying while Bhim is sitting beside her, she says she loved Karuna a lot and thought of her as the elder sister but she did this to her because she kept taking her everywhere she went to work but Karuna ousted her when she got some power. Bhim consoles Rama saying they cannot change what happened but she must remain strong, Rama asks how strong should she be because the person for whom she cared so much did this to her, and she feels crying. Bhim consoles Rama before asking her to come with him and they both leave.

Ramji and Puran are sitting when Ramji asks Puran where he got the job, Puran explains that he gets paid to set the ground and place the things in the cricket, Ramji smiles however Jaggu says he should work like a servant hearing that Puran says he would do even more.

Karuna enters the Chawl calling Jija Bai when she asks what happened, Karuna informs she has been promoted to the post of the manager hearing which Ramji and Puran get shocked, Bala praises her. Jija Bai says this means Karuna has become even stronger than Lakshmi and Rama, Karuna agrees saying that she got so big that Rama left her job, hearing Jija Bai is shocked.
