Puran stands up to leave, Deepak stops him saying that they both would also leave with him but Puran makes Deepak and Shoba swear on him to not go anywhere saying only he will leave, he walks away while Rama angrily walks inside. Shoba goes to Ramji while crying saying that they all have ousted Puran with proper planning, she is furious but even more angry and sad that those who understand Puran are still quiet, she asks them to go and sleep as now they would sleep peacefully, she leaves crying and Deepak also follows him.
Rama tells Bhim that there is no reason for justice when there are emotions and would proof become so big that they donot care for the feelings, Bhim replies that indeed there is no regard for their emotions while everything else would be left outside the court and only two people would go inside one who is the criminal or the other who has been subjected to crime, Bhim says that whenever they think of their emotions then nothing wrong would happen as no crime would be proven. Rama asks even if someone is blame and pushed out of the Chawl, Rama refuses to accept it saying that she will not believe anything wrong.
Lakshmi says that Phulari might have made a mistake and is wrong however Bala asks why would they think Puran is telling the truth when he was a criminal, Rama coming asks why is Bala calling him a criminal when he was released from the prison, Rama leaves when Bhim and Lakshmi follow her. Bala asks Ramji why should they trust Puran so much, Ramji asks him to be quiet and listen to what he can hear, they can hear Jaggu along with those who are against Bhim smiling. Bhim and Rama are walking when they all say that it is time to laugh.Ramji asks if he can hear anything, Bala says he can hear the smiles when Bala says that the crime has been proved and been caught then what is the problem left. Bala blames them all for harming Karuna in the house while Rama and lakshmi do the same in the factory, Meera says that it is fine to stand with the wife but not to think she is correct all the times, Bala leaves saying he will go and see their smile from close, Ramji angrily asks Meera if she can hear what he is saying because he is the father and cares for their happiness.
Bala comes to ask Rama to listen to what Bhim did as he was not wrong, Karuna asks Shoba to come outside and smile because the so called brother has been proven guilty, Jija Bai questions how can she face them because first her husband left then her sister came and she also left her while now someone had come whom she called her brother but he also left her, Deepak asks Shoba to come and face them all otherwise they would not stop. Bhim not being able to bear them asks them all to be quiet as the time has passed, Rama says Bhim has given them the right to talk because he just thinks of justice while she also cares for the emotions and would stand for it so demands he should leave her hand, Shoba and Deepak come saying they trusted him but he stood quietly, Rama asks how can she believe him when Karuna says that this is what Bhim does as he first sides with everyone but then leaves them and so this is what he would do with her also, Bhim says that he has not left the side with anyone, Bhim asks Rama to trust him as Puran kaka would surely return and this time no one would be throw him out, she does not understand when he says that she can ask Puran himself who is walking back to the Chawl.
Puran comes to stand in front of them while everyone else keeps staring at him, Phulari is also very tensed when Jaggu questions if he came again to perform a drama but Puran replies he has brought the proof of his innocence, Puran calls the doctor who is walking towards him and Puran asks them to tell everyone if he was drunk or not, the doctor reveals Puran did not drink at all. The doctor hand the report to Bhim who after reading it praises the doctor, Puran also holds his hand after which the doctor leaves. Jaggu says that it is a lie because Puran drank with them all, Puran refuses to drink and takes out the alcohol which he was supposed to drink, Puran reveals they all had a drink but he just kept acting so he could find out what they all were planning against him, he thanks Bhim for all the support because he was the one who convinced him that some of the people from this Chawl have always worked on wining as they should just think of it as an incident but these people would surely do something to oust him and in that case he should be careful. Puran says that he felt weird when they planned to be friends and asked him to drink so he got suspicious and then all this happened. Shoba angrily asks if this is how they planned to oust Puran. Jija Bai warns her to not ell saying they would trust Phulari, Manohar also says they will trust her but Bhim warns them all to be quiet because they are blaming each other and Phulari is the biggest criminal, hearing this she gets worried. Bhim says that her respect was just a plot for the men but she has gotten to such a level that she can ruin her self respect to blame Puran. They all are quiet, Bhim says that if a women cannot secure her own safety then should even think that a man can do it, mentioning that the arguments are all on one side but she should not have involved her self respect in it, saying she wrongfully used her tears and if all the women start this act then she would herself be the reason for all the downfall. Bhim is furious.
