Rani wakes up in the middle of night and finds candle bed lit in the room. Raaj comes there and says he needs to tell her something. He shows her the candles had been decorated into ‘I AM SORRY’. He gets to her feet. Rani backs up asking what he is doing. Raaj says since childhood he heard a man only bends in front of his mother and the Goddess, but today he is bending in front of Rani. He respects her dearly, she has complete right to punish him. His love also makes him rightful to say he would win his place in her heart, because he loves her dearly. Rani was weepy. Rani watches Raaj leave the room. She smiles watching the candles.
The next morning, Rani was feeding breakfast to Sakshi. She insists on her to take chocolate milk shake in a while. She then asks Sakshi what happened
to her, how she fell down. Sakshi tells Rani she had to eat the sweet, she was waiting for Rani in the room when he came. Chitra comes there and sends Rani away. Chitra says she doesn’t want Sakshi to get away from her eyes, Anandi is really worried because of Vasundra. A maid comes to call Chitra downstairs. Rani now asks Sakshi who came into her room. Sakshi says Vikram came here with a lot of sweet for her. He played hide n seek with her and put medicine on her neck as well. Rani was shocked to see the bruise. Sakshi says Vikram looked closely and said a huge ant has bitten her.
Raaj was excited to speak to Rani and was hopeful Rani’s hatred has lessen for him. He held a letter for Rani in his hands. Rani finds a watch belonging to Vikramjeet as well. Raaj watches Rani in his room. Rani was worried. Raaj notices Rani hadn’t read the letter on the bed. Rani tells Raaj about the marks on Sakshi’s neck.
Anandi was shocked to hear about Rani’s accusations. Raaj says whatever Rani said was right. Rani says Sakshi herself told her that Vikramjeet came to her room. Sunanda says this would make this proposal impossible. Rani insists this shouldn’t take place at all. Preiti confronts Rani that she doesn’t want her to get married and see her happy. Rani insists that Vikramjeet isn’t a nice guy. They turn to see Vasundra standing at the door, she comes inside and asks if they have considered her as true? She suggests Sunanda to take her daughter to Sakshi’s doctor as well. She comes to caress Rani asking if she makes such stories always. Rani says her son needs a doctor. Vasundra says if Rani doesn’t stop she will never connect any relation with this family. Raaj says may be Vasundra would believe Rani watching the proof. Rani shows her Vikramjeet’s watch. Vikramjeet comes there. Vasundra asks Vikramjeet to show her his watch. Vikramjeet reveals his arm where he was wearing the watch. Raaj and Rani were shocked to see this. Vasundra hands the watch to Rani, both watches were alike. Vasundra leaves with Vikramjeet. Preiti goes behind them while Anandi pleads Vasundra. Rani wonders how is this possible, if this was Vikramjeet’s watch where did this watch come to Sakshi’s room.
In the room, Raaj follows Rani. He assures Rani he trusts her, she won’t lie without any reason. He had noticed Vikramjeet was finding chances to get close to Rani as well. Both were determined not to let Preiti’s life get destroyed.
Vikramjeet was curt over Rani. Vasundra comes to him and pours him a drink. He tells Vikramjeet to be a bit cautious and not to worry much about petty issues. She brought him another watch as soon she found out his watch was missing. Vasundra suggests Vikramjeet to prove Rani is also crazy like Sakshi, no one trusts crazy people. She says she is aware Preiti isn’t worth him, but for her this marriage is important for her image in elections. The press is aware his proposal has been fixed with Sunanda Chauhan’s niece, if now they break the engagement the sympathies would get to Sunanda’s family. He must play with Preiti for now, and can throw her away to rot after elections. Rani comes in clapping behind them.
Rani asks if they think playing with other’s lives is so easy, she would make her cheap son marry her sister. She is a great politician in eyes of the world, but in reality she doesn’t care for anyone else. She would now bring her reality to the world. Vasundra challenges Rani to make her family realize this first. Vikramjeet feels pity that this time Rani is confronted by his mother. Vasundra challenges Rani to confront her before anything, she is standing between her and Vikramjeet. Rani says neither Vasundra nor anyone else would be able to harm Preiti.
Raaj was enraged to hear about Vikramjeet’s reality.

PRECAP: Vikramjeet comes to hug Sakshi who was crying in the garden. Rani calls her aloud.
