If one is to describe Beera in a single word, it is ‘unpredictable’- Siddharth Arora

Siddharth Arora is a versatile actor who can slip into polar opposite roles. He, who had played the suave Vaibhav in Mukti Bandhan is now playing the rugged and rustic Beera in Colors’ Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha (Sunshine Productions). Talking about his character Beera he says, “If one is to describe Beera in a single word, it is ‘unpredictable’. This unpredictable nature of Beera gives me all the more opportunity to explore him better as an actor.”

When asked if it is “opposites” which is making Nanhi (Jayshree Venketaramanan) and Beera come together, he refutes it by saying, “Nanhi and Beera are both aggressive and short tempered. They are in fact more similar than different.”

Isn’t it unrealistic though that an uneducated Beera and a highly educated Nanhi are to be a couple? Siddharth replies, “It may be unrealistic but it is not that you never ever see such things happen. Beera may not have degrees but he is knowledgeable. Moreover, love is blind.”

What if Beera has a rival who also competes to win Nanhi’s heart? Siddharth replies, “Beera will kill him.”

What does he have to say to the fact that fans are demanding to see more of the Mohan and Megha scenes than the Beera and Nanhi sequences? “Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha is mainly Mohan and Megha’s love story. So, it is not surprising that the fans want to see more of them. But as the creatives wanted to make Season 2 different from Season 1, they included Beera and Nanhi’s love story.” Siddhartha informs us that Beera will surely play a crucial role in finding Nanhi’s long lost brother Addu.

Would Siddharth fall in love with a girl like Nanhi in real life? He replies, “No, as Nanhi loves her family more than Beera. I would like my soul-mate to love me more than her family.”

The actor feels that Beera’s role is the best role he has got till date. Looking ahead into the future, Siddharth refuses to do the role of a conventional husband in a saas bahu saga.
