All the patients suffering from that dreadly disease of Measles became well …their parents were very happy …they all thanked Ma Durga …

Manuvrat praying to MA Durga at his temple …Sheetla Mata appears …she says that she is a form of MA DURGA…and she symbolises cleanliness and coolness…Tears of joy start rolling from MaNUVRATS eyes…Sheetla Mata says that all those who will worship me will stay away from this dreadly disease of measles…

Manuvrat asks Sheetla mata that what is the precise way of worshipping her as pl shd not committ any mistake while worshipping her…

Sheetla Mata tells the way of doing her pooja …

she says ppl shd worship me on the Ashtami of Krishna paksha in the months of Chaitra ,Vaishakh and Jyeshtha …stale food of a night before shd b offered to her before the sunrise the next day …

Manuvrat asks that why stale food shd be offered to her …Sheetla Mata says becaz she is the symbol of coolness…she gives coolness to the world..so the stale food of a night before is cool and it shd be offered to her before sunrise …she loves that cool food…and she symbolises coolness and cleanliness …becaz health is there where there is cleanliness …

then Sheetla Mata asks manuvrat to establish an idol of her in the form in which he is seeing her…she holding a broom in right hand …a metal water pot in the other and sitting on an ass…she says that she will reside in that idol and all the ppl on earth will worship that idol as Sheetla Matas idol …

Manuvrat was extremely happy and obliged…he tells abt all this to his praja …and says that the next day they all shd eastablish the idol of SHEETLA MATA …every one becomes happy…

Kalikeys men in disguise quickly ran off to Kalikey to inform him abt Sheetla Mata and abt Katyani also as she was only one was escaped the dreadly disease…

Katyani comes and stops them…she laughs at them and tell that she knows every thing abt them that they are kalikeys men …they both then start showing their powers to KATYANI …
