Scene 1
Slim puts water on pigeon’s wound and says I will treat you, a other kid (murad) comes and says this is mine, I have hunted him, Salim says its very bad, look how cute he is, murad ask his pigeon back, Salim says no I saved him so I wont give him, Murad ask him to give pigeon, the kids start fighting on pigeon, they all are beating each other when soldier comes and separates them, Murad says ok lets go to father, he will decide.
Jalal is practicing sword fighting with one guy, both are fighting with two swords, the guy corners jalal, jalal too grabs him, jalal says very well done khanekhana (probably Rahim), I am happy to get a learner like you, jalal says don’t thinks from heart when you are in war. Salim and murad comes there. Salim says to jalal that Murad hunted a pigeon and I saved this pigeon so he is mine, mother says that we should not hit animals, murad says you also hunt father, Jodha comes there, Jalal says I am understanding the matter, Murad you hunted the pigeon but Salim saved him, savor is greater than hunter so pigeon is of Salim, jodha says you all are brothers so you should not fight, stay with love, jodha gives them all parsad, they take it and eats. Jodha then gives jalal, he takes it too, all kids greet jalal and leaves, jodha stops Salim and says why you played in mud, jalal says he is kid, anyway today is birthday of Humayun, I want to gift poor people, there will be ceremony, he leaves from there, jodha ask Salim to come, you have to take bath, Salim says again? jodha says yes.
Scene 2
Murad is with Salima, he says that jalal always favor Salim, I am angry with him, Salima says you are wrong, jalal was right, savor is greater than hunter, Salim is elder to you, you should respect him, Murad says I am jalal’s son too, Salima says but he is heir to throne, he will be next king, you should respect him, Murad says I hunted that pigeon it was mine, I didn’t do anything wrong, Salima says you didn’t listen what jalal said to you.
Salim is taking bath in royal bath tub, jodha says you should make Murad understand but not fight with him, you should have talked to him, he is your younger brother you should not raise hand on him, Salim says pigeon would have died if I wasted time in talk. Javeda’s son Adham comes to her and says jalal also killed many pigeons but now he is saying that savor is greater, I have seen lion’s head in his room, jalal is biased, javeda says don’t talk like this, Adham says why not, I know how is jalal, he killed my father, he had put my grandmother in jail, he is against me, javeda slaps him and ask him to stop it.
Scene 3
jodha gets ready in her room, Zaikra says today is humayun’s birthday so marium zamani should look good, jalal comes there and says aren’t you ready? she says I am, jalal looks at her, and says one thing is less? jodha ask what? jalal puts black spot under her ear and says be safe from evil eye, he ask about salim? Jodha says he is not ready, jalal says he is my son, how he saved pigeon, I am impressed, he is my son after all, jodha says when he is naughty then he is my son? and when he do good then he is your son, jalal says he went on me, jodha says now he have traits like me, I can give three reasons to prove that, first reason he thinks from heart like me, second I also saved pigeon in amer like this only, third when you and ruks were about to kill deer in jungle, I saved him by litting fire in jungle, jalal smiles and says you have got the point, ok I accept that he went on you, now happy.
Scene 4
Ruks comes to jalal and jodha, she ask where is Salim? I have prepared a special dress and jewelry from him, SAlim comes there and says to jodha that I am looking good in dress you gave to me, Jodha says you will also like the dress of ruks, Salim says no I will wear this only, this is my favorite color, ruks says in which Salim is happy, I am happy too, Salim is looking nice, he is king, he can do anything, she ask hoshiyar to put dress in corner, she kisses Salim and says be safe from evil eye, jodha smiles.
Hamida prays for Humayun’s soul, Salima comes there and says there is ceremony in which Salim will give gifts to poor, Hamida ask where is my prince? SAlim comes there and hugs her, he says I am here dadi jaan (grandmother), he ask hwo I am looking? Hamida says you are looking lovely, he ask why are you crying dadi, tell me anyone said anything to you? I will punish him, hamida says when my grandson is with me then can anyone say anything to me? Salim wipes his tears and says I know you are missing dada, don’t worry I will marry you when I grow up, all laughs, hamida says you cant marry me, he says why not, when jalal can marry my mother then I can marry his mother too, Hamida says grandsons doesn’t marry their grandparents, Salim says to jodha that you always say that wives cook fro husbands, dadi do that for me so why I cant marry her? Jodha says don’t like this with dadi, Hamida says when you grow up to marry, maybe I will left this world till then, salim says I wont let you go away from me. hamida hugs him.
Scene 5
Salim is sitting in weighing machine, in otherside of weighing machine gold is put to calculate his weight, Murad and Adham are jealous, Murad says to Salima that I want this too, Salima says its SAlim’s turn, the last piece of gold is put by jalal, jodha and ruks, weighing machine moves, jalal says to maan and Rahim to be with Salim and distribute this gold in people, maan agrees.
Salim is with maan and Rahim, Salim touches things and then gives it to poors, Salim listens some music noise and turns to see it, he then goes to see, Rahim goes behind him. Salim follows the music, Rahim ask where are you going? Salim says I am just going to see from where music is coming, Rahim says i am standing here.
Salim comes in one room and finds girls learning classical kathak dance, his eyes are stuck on one girl, he smiles seeing her dance.
PRECAP- Salim says to soldier that i wanna go out of palace, solider says you are not permitted, Murad ask where you wanna go? he says i want to return these ghungroos. later jodha says to jalal that Salim is missing

October 30, 02:58my happiest moment of the episode was when Salim openly and abruptly and uncompromisingly rejected the clothes and jewelry that Ruq brought for him and said he only wanted to wear what his own Ammi Jaan Jodha has bought for him. He seems to address Ruq as Badi Ammi, so we do have Ruq occupying the “Mahamanga slot” here, I guess?
I was really looking out for some signs to see if Ruq would succeed in making a slave out of Salim, but I was so thankful yesterday that despite his natural softness, Salim was ruthless in spurning Ruq’s overtures. He knew his mind exactly and did not fear speaking it. The same soft boy who wanted to wipe his grandmother’s tears when she cried for Humayun by offering to “marry her” was so cut-and-dried with Ruq when she came with her goodies to try and woo him.
I also liked the possessive way Salim said he wanted to wear only the clothes bought by his own mother Jodha. Chldren can sense adult agendas pretty sharply, and I think Salim is on safe ground for he has demonstrated that he knows where his wafaadaari should lie, and who will be trying to exploit him!
In the end Ruq had to put a smiling face on her defeat and walk out with as much grace as she could show, but all said and done she had been shown her place by a nine-year-old who knew the difference between being loyal to his own mother and being careful of “Greeks bearing gifts”.
I have no fears that Salim will steer clear of Ruq and the Creatives have given a sanket yesterday that Ruq is not going to find it too easy to make a pawn of Salim, so my atma is in shanti on this one! Ruq will keep trying, of course, but Salim is not going to be a sitting duck!

October 29, 17:52Guys I think we should all take it easy with the criticism of the Cvs, constructive criticism is ok but negative criticism isn’t. We all are entitled 2 our opinions but let’s not forget that it isn’t child’s play for the Cvs too.it ain’t easy trying to meet up with the demand of the audience,work round the clock to make episodes,its also impossible to satisfy every member of the audience. Some of us are saying history isn’t being respected and the crew’s acting unprofessional but there’s a disclaimer before the show that it has no historical connection whatsoever, its pure entertainment which the show makers are trying to make excellent for their audience,as I said everyone’s entitled to their opinion,so mine is that we should tone down the criticism and appreciate the show a little more. there are discrepancies here and there but we can’t expect perfection,no one’s perfect. i wish u all a very goodnight.

October 30, 10:59@ummi – agreed this show does not portray history – history in itself is biased, based on who writes it, it is a personal view, in this case it was the mughals documentation of a hindu princess -it is like asking a congress historian to write history of current ruling party !! This is a fictional historical show based loosely on history (about 1% history) I guess.
This show is watched worldwide – it portrays culture, human relationships and the ups and downs of life in olden times and it targets the emotions of viewers
It is the viewers who have made the show possible, many shows start and drop off viewing lists and fade away due to lack of interest — whether positive or negative comments it is good the serial is getting comments in other words – there are viewers interested in it still.
The cvs writers should not treat this a child’s play – the product they are putting out seems worse than child’s play – Even high school kids will be able to script out better plots This show has lost its quality – they are unable to carry a thought thru – in the recent past – more screen time and importance was given to the birth of anarkali than salim, – the focus of the show is jodha akbar not anarkali, little things tick off viewers, and viewers will vent out the writers have to accept it, not that they will do anything about it !! I guess few years from now when they watch the shows they wrote – they will realize how they have butchered it.

but he refused it saying that he lykd d dress given by his ammijan!!..Smile Now that was a lol moment!

the horrifying fears of a fully charged up Ruqu were kept on hold at least for today .
A cute scene of Jodha n Jalal was given .then , purposefully ,
they gave us good flashback scenes of Jodha n Jalal when Jodha had saved a deer from ruqu ‘s arrow …
were the cv’s trying to revive the good old memories to soothe our nerves ? .
the repulsive infant love scenes were naturally outdone as Salim grew up and he is really cute though Anarkali is so plain ordinary .
Therefore in a way some good elements were thrown in . . .
At the start salim’s similarity with Jodha in saving a pigeon’s life was shown .
But i do remember the initial introductory scene of Jodha and the cv’s had just repeated it .

jalal’s fight was full of action but he was so natural in addressing a grown up Rahim as beta LOL

Well, a new set of villains for Salim will definitely be created in a nr! .
it was sad to see the future problem creator for Salim..
There shall be no escape from his enemies ! .
Murad’s suspense about his mom was still kept to make us curious ( I did not get it ! )
but he was raised by Salima .
Maybe in a dramatic serial type twist

Jodha n jalal’s scene was cute and Jalal agreed finally that Salim had inherited his mom’s nature …
salim’s respect for his mom , his addressing her as ammijan and not MUZ
was lovely as yet ruqu had not poisoned him ! .
Ruqu was not pleased but she showed that she was not offended by salim’s preference for jodha’s choice of clothes for him
. But why ruqu was addressed as Mallika a hind ? Or was it something else ? . .
Salim’s love for his dadi was too adorable ! .
He gave a solemn promise to his dadi that he would always care for her …
Anarkali was dancing and Salim left his donating part duty to see who was singing n dancing
just as Jalal was initially captivated by jodha’s singing Hunar .
Will the cv’s repeat such scene again? .
. Jalal, Salim was shown in the hamam and Jodha was shown giving him good advice .
At least excess of negativity was shunned to give a somewhat balanced episode ! .

In the past they have effectively captured akdha magic with just music and eyelocks without anything physical
The twists and turns are needed to keep the show interesting, in this case – they messed up history as well, they screwed up the war – now they are messing around with kids —
They have to quit kid romance soon and bring a teenage salim/anarkali to make it ethical….. to abuse innocent children minds with lustful romance is totally not called for

Akbar had a daughter born to another concubine 3-4 months after salim was born which the script writers completely ignored – maybe because they are MCP and did not want to introduce here in the show as they could not link her to childhood romance

October 29, 11:53I watch it for JJ that’s RT/PS. I liked JJ interaction, but can c the limitation between them. At least he could have given her a side hug beside just putting the spot. That would have been nice n remind us of their love still in tack. Jo did look gracious n beautiful in the new lengha.
It was amusing to hear the children calling Ja/RT abba huzor. Ja looked very young n energetic in the sword pratice. it was funny to c him kissing Rahim a grow up on head. They could have picked a little more younger n slightly same height as RT as Rahim. They both looked like same age. I laughed when Ja called him son. It was diff to digest that he is father of grown up Rahim n 3 little boys.
Haider is just like his father n grandmother. He hold grudges in his heart wow future villain is also risen. The linage is always bad. Only Javeda is good.
One doubt Murad who son is he??? CV have not cleared it?? Is it Salima n Ja or JJ son given to Salima.
It was sickening to watch small little children can fall in love in a tender age. That was stupid to me. We have pass that age don’t we? None of such experience v had. Baby can link themselves in the womb, kissing n touching as a baby. That was like too much. They could have done it a better.
