Poorab Bora reaches Bedi house. Everyone turns around, Rishi goes to welcome him home and introduces him. Rishi introduces Poorab with his family. Divia makes UV realize he was nowhere to meet. Rishi introduces UV as their eldest brother, he is the caretaker of pharmaceutical unit. Poorab says he came to India after a long time. Manpreet invites him towards table. On the dinner table, Bee ji tells Poorab to wait for sweet dish. Tanuja goes to serve sweet dish. Poorab asks for a boxing match, Rishi schedules one the next week. Rano denies having the sweet dish from Tanuja, and curtly watches Rishi and Tanuja smiling at each other. A spoon spills over Rishi’s dress, he walks inside to change. Manpreet takes Poorab for hand wash.
In the corridor, UV and Manpreet speak to Poorab. Poorab tells UV that he
likes Rishi and their family, he is aware this is not an intentional mistake and they haven’t attempted this for any profit. He was ready to remove this ban. They both thanks him, Poorab says actually he is aware how it works in India; his hands have also been itching. UV says he understands Poorab wants money.
Rano comes to Tanuja in kitchen and tells her to stay away from Rishi. Tanuja tells Rano their birth charts are made at the time of birth, but sometimes God can’t change what they call as luck. She had vowed to move away from Rishi, but she is sorry she can’t do this. She can’t get away from him even for some minutes. Rano says she knew already Tanuja would turn away from her promise, Tanuja says Rano must know how much she loves Rishi. Rano says she is well aware how she must part her from Rishi. Tanuja joins her hands to Rano, saying it’s a request not to do so. She won’t be able to live without Rishi. Rano says she will take her and Rishi away, and Tanuja would live as well. She will take some step that Rishi is forced to leave her and marry Naitra. She leaves the kitchen. Raaj hears this and says he now realizes why Naitra came here. Inside, Tanuja says she can’t stay away from Rishi.
In the corridor, Rishi hears UV and Manpreet collecting money. Rishi asks what this is for. Manpreet says it’s a bribe, Rishi wasn’t ready to bribe Poorab, this is against his work ethics. Manpreet and UV make Rishi up, as Poorab is ready to withdraw his report for money. They must save their reputation. Rishi turns to leave saying he thought Poorab was a man of ethics, but he has fallen in his sight.
UV and Manpreet brings a bag full of money to Poorab. UV tells him its 1crore. Poorab asks why is Rishi sitting there, is there any problem. Manpreet says Rishi doesn’t like this all. Poorab calls Rishi towards himself, he goes to Poorab. Poorab confirms about boxing match, and asks about the gift. Rishi asks if money? He has realized Poorab is fond of money. Poorab says they must put the same money at stake, Rishi hands the bag to Poorab saying it’s his money. Police enters the house with media then. Rishi standing with an open bag of money. Poorab tells media business tycoon Rishi Singh Bedi is bribing Poorab Bora. Rishi is questioned, Manpreet confronts Poorab for demanding this bribe. Poorab says when Rishi invited him for dinner, he knew already they would offer him black money. He calls Mr. Suyash from Income tax department to inquire where Bedi family got so much money. Tanuja comes to keep a hand over Rishi’s shoulder. Poorab teases Rishi for losing without playing a match, Rishi holds his collar. Police arrive at home to arrest Rishi for bribing. They take Rishi along, while he only stood there lost in his own thoughts.
Outside, Tanuja tries to explain the inspector Poorab has trapped Rishi. Poorab had come outside and watches Tanuja there. The media comes to Poorab for his views, he speaks to media for a while. Tanuja watches Rishi going with the police. Later, Poorab comes towards Tanuja feeling pity over her. Tanuja slaps him hard on face.

PRECAP: Raaj asks Poorab why he wants to spoil Rishi. Poorab considers Raaj responsible for this all, as he is his illegitimate father. Tanuja hears this.
