Kuch Toh Log Kahenge 16th August 2012 Written Update

Part 1

Nidhi asks Ashu where he was and Ashu shares about Jagan-Mallu thingy! Nidhi compliments Ashu for helping Mallu by shifting her to a safe place! Ashu says its late and that they should head home! Ashu notices Nidhis serious expressions! Nidhi says .. home is funny .. despite being made of bricks and mortar.. it seems like its alive.. like its waiting for them! Ashu says that at one time he din have a house and no one used to wait for him! Nidhi rests her head on his shoulder n says… now she is there to wait for him and shares that RanJi r coming as she invited them! AshNi reach home! Nidhi is quiet and Ashu pats her head and asks if he should make coffee and Nidhi says no and says that she is going to change and come since lot of work is pending! Ashu asks if she is fine since she looks tired! Nidhi says..she is just tired..! Ashu suggets to cancel the plan..but Nidhi says no.. as RanJi r coming first time after marriage and they are excited! Ashu says.. that foodies are always excited but .. if the cook is not excited then?! Nidhi says..she will get fresh and feel fine! Ashu offers to help her in cooking! Nidhi says no to Ashu and says that she has to make many dishes from salad to sweet so that Anjie knows what all she knows to cook! Ashu sulks!

BBs phone rings and its DB! DB asks BB about the decision AshNi have taken and shares that she is knitting..sweaters already! BB says that she has to wait for two years! DB says that she is actually knitting dreams ..! BB says that they have to let the current generation knit their own dreams and not weigh them down with their dreams! BB suggests DB to retire their dreams as life asks new dreams..! DB sys..dreams cant be left incomplete! DB looks at the sweater and pats them sadly! BB sighs! Nidhi is cooking with a lost expression n Ashu comes! He smiles a bit and hugs Nidhi and asks if its a new recipe wherein .. she is making veggie with sugar not salt! Nidhi asks him to let her do her work! Ashu says..that she can work but she better remember the recipe! Nidhi goes sideways to cut veggies n Ashu comes and hugs again and says that she doesnt care for her Bechara hubby! Nidhi taunts Ashu saying that being her hubby he is calling himself Bechara? Ashu says that after marriage all men are Bechara! BB comes and asks what is going on? Ashu says..that sugar is being added to veggies instead of salt! BB teases Nidhi saying.. they should try new things n gives example of Gujarati Dal! Ashu says.. if Nidhi stays in so much tension ..their luck will surely open up and they will get to have Gujarati Dal! Nidhi sulks!

Its nite and Ashu has decorated the hall with flowers and notices Nidhi looking sad! AshNi look at each other and smile..! Nidhi is looking tired! Ashu asks Nidhi why she is looking troubled but Nidhi says.. nothing like that and excuses herself! Ashu is confused! RanJi aarive and Ashu-BB greet them! BB says that Anjie looks tired n Anjie shares that she is tired working at home and tht she wants to rest now..n says that family isnt her play thingy! BB says that family is not a play.. its a responsibility and a wife has to be all in one! Anjie asks why people dun tell them all this before marriage.. n how they should give a disclaimer like they do on all products in the market! Rangu agrees and says that men need it most! All lauf and BB says..marriage still happens! Anjie asks about Nidhi and Ashu says..Nidhi is in the kitchen! Anjie says she has a complaint against Ashu that he makes Nidhi slog a lot .. n says that if this continues Nidhis smile will be lost.. ! Ashu says.. its Nidhis own choice! Ashu says..she is enjoying so what can he do! BB says.. he too tries to explain to Nidhi but Nidhi doesnt listen! Anjie goes to meet Nidhi! Ashu asks Rangu how their holiday was..!

Nidhi is lost.. and Anjie comes n greets her..! Nidhi says hi ..a bit moodlessly..! Anjie asks what is the matter and Nidhi says.. that she is not feeling good! Anjie asks if she is sick? Nidhi says no and that she is feeling like crying! She says that she called Ashu in the afternoon but he din tell her that he was with Mallu and later in the evening shared about it! Anjie asks from where Mallu came back in AshNi story? Nidhi says that she only had asked Ashu to find Mallu and inform her about Jagans return and the threat to her life! Anjie says its called ‘Aa bail mujhe maar’! Anjie reminds Nidhi about Mallus misdeeds ! Nidhi says that she remember but for humanity sake..she did it! Anjie says that if Nidhi sent Ashu to Mallu then why is she sulking? Anjie says…since Ashu shared the whole thing with her.. there is nothing to worry about..! Nidhi says.. she doesnt like Ashus concern for Mallu n that she is jealous! Anjie says its natural coz she loves Ashu..! Anjie tells Nidhi that Ashu is not at fault n she can go talk to Ashu later about it else she will make Ashu worry! Anjie asks Nidhi to smile. …n she does and thanks Anjie and hugs her!

Its late and Ashu is standing outside and recollecting Nidhis sad expressions! Nidhi comes and asks Ashu to join her for dinner! Ashu stares at Nidhi and says that it seems that tension left her face and Nidhi says..she asked tension to leave as Ashu loves her face and doesnt like tension on it! Ashu says..that tension too listens to her..! Nidhi says.. coz all listen to women! Ashu says.. that the faster women drive tension away.. they give a lot of tension… ! He says he is wondering if women n Tension have bro-sis relation? Both smile and go to eat!

CS suggests DB to fall sick and that too gravely sick.. ! DB chides him and CS says that it has to be only a drama.. as it will put pressure on Nidhi and she will agree to start family!

Its bedtime and Ashu is reading.. and Nidhi asks why he din sleep and Ashu says..he culdn forget his gift..! Nidhi walks by and Ashu pulls her by her arm.. and says that since afternoon something was troubling her? Nidhi says..it was but not now! Ashu asks what it was? Nidhi says.. if only he doesnt feel bad..she will share! Ashu assures he wont feel bad!

Part 2

Nidhi tells Ashu that he has done all that he can do for Mallu .. .like alerting her and shifting her to a safer abode… . but now they should leave Mallu alone to lead her life and that their paths better not cross! She says that AshNi should lead their own life wherein there is no place for Mallu!

Part 3

Mallu is standing by the side of the entry door of her new house and BG – Koi ye kaise bataye.. ke woh tanha kyun hai..! Mallu recollects Ashu setting her hair! She recollects Ashu slapping her! She recollects Ashu bringing her to the new abode! She keeps walking in the house and switches on and off the table lamp! Screen freezes on Mallu!

Precap — Ashu asks why Mallu was not receiving the phone? Mallu says she was washing clothes in the bathroom and had a bit of bleeding! Ashu is shocked and concerned and says he is coming over pronto! Ashu is driving n Jagan follows!
