Kumkum Bhagya 20th October 2014 Written Episode

The episode starts with Abhi’s lawyer telling Tanu/Aaliya that with Pragya’s statement against Abhi, he cannot get Abhi’s bail and asks why did she change her statement when she was ready to help her husband. Aaliya says she is unpredictable and asks lawyer to spend howmuch money it takes and bail out Abhi.

Abhi thinks why did Pragya showed concern at first and then gave statement against him. Pragya comes there and thinks she wants to get him out at any cost but cannot tell him the reason for giving false statement. Corporator comes there and murmurs something in Pragya’s ears and she walks behind him. Abhi thinks what is going on between then and thinks once he comes out, he will expose them.

Pragya says corporator that he is so dumb to think that he will keep Abhi behind bars for a long time and says she heard his conversation with corporator that he will kill Abhi, so she gave false statement. Corporator says she instead helped him as Abhi brought 2 day’s stay orders of kumkum bhagya and now that Abhi is in jail for more than 2 days, he will break the hall. He says he provoked Abhi to beat him and got him behind jail. He says his plan was to get him behind bars and break his bones, but she came in between and frightened inspector to release Abhi and later instead gave wrong statement. He challenges that she cannot do anything now without proof. Pragya says she will get proof and bail Abhi out and even her marriage hall. Corporator asks her to try her best.

Mitali scolds her papa for getting Raj’s sign on marriage hall demolition papers and getting Abhi behind bars in the process and says Raj will kill her if he will know this. Dad asks her to take Raj on a vacation for 2 days while he does something. She says Raj does not tolerate her being at home at all, then why will he tak her on vacation. He says he will fund her vacation and asks her to tell Raj that she won a lucky draw.

Pragya sees corporator and his men on the road, enjoying snacks and tea nearby a roadside tea stall.

Abhi’s jail mates sing songs and try to entertain him, but he gets irritated and asks them to stop, asks since howmany days they are here. One says 1 week, another 1 month. He thinks he is getting mad within one day itself. He sees Pragya in front of him smiling and asks if she is laughing on his helplessness. She says she is smiling for the feelings she is getting since yesterday. He says he will strangulate her but then says she will send him to jail permanently if he does so. He asks her to think whatever he can and wait till tomorrow as she will get him out tomorrow. He asks her to stop joking. She says she got evidence now and will bail him out in the morning. He asks her why she wants to do a favor. She says she is repaying for the favor he did yesterday and walks out, smiling. He thinks she is unpredictable.

Tanu happily tellys Aaliya that she was worried that Pragya will become Abhi’s favorite after bailing him out, but she instead gave statement against him and got into wrong books of Abhi. Aaliya says she got herself into trouble now and it is good for us. Now, she will bail out Abhi and brainwash her. Tanu sees Pragya coming and thanks her for giving false statement and says tomorrow Dadi is coming and if she will know about your true colours, she will kick you out of Abhi’s life. Pragya silently walks to her room. Aaliya scolds her for informing Pragya about Daadi’s arrival. Tanu says she wanted to enjoy insulting Pragya and says within one day Pragya will not get proof to bail out Abhi.

Pragya comes to her room and smiles thinking she will bail out Abhi tomorrow. She goes into flashback where she records corporator agreeing his plan.

Precap: Tanu sees Pragya telling Sarla about video recording corporator’s statement and thinks she should stop Pragya from producing it in court and get into good books of Abhi.

Living under the same roof, why she could not let the rest of the family know to help bring him out. Surely she knows he has a lawyer to handle all his legal work. Being an educated indipendent women, u’d think she has so much brain to ask Akash to make appropriate arrangements to get Abhi out easily, instead of complecating things.2. Who informed the media & the fans? (A good thing)3. She could have simply told the inspector in charge now, what she heard from the cooperator & the other inspector talking about harming Abhi on his release & asked for extream police protection… This is India for crying out loud… ( even convicted criminals have police protection he is a celeb after all)Once Abhi is home they could have easily arranged for more protection… How is keeping him inside going to save him now? Where it is more dangerous. Seriously, she has acted foolishly earning Abhi’s hatreds even more…4. Aliya is a selfish vampire, changes avatar by day & night. So sick in ur head u have lost all sense of humanity, after all this is ur brother in jail. We all know ur playing a drama for Abhi’s benifit, so u can still keep manipulating him. Tanu if I were u, I’ll be staying well clear of Aliya. If she can do this to her own brother who she proffered to love so much, imagin ur state if u ever crossed ur line. If u think just because she’s ur BF, being her bhabi is gonna be a breeze, u have no idea what ur getting urself into. It is in ur best interest to run as far as u can from Aliya if not Abhi.5. WHEN walls have ears and every word uttered could be eavesdropped, it is safer not to open one’s mouth, or discuss plans .If discussion or explanation is required , that should be on home grounds.WHEN , there are people around to see one’s downfall, caution should be exercised.

Now, that’s a universal piece of advice applicable to any one in any situation – personal or general. How could Pragya overlook this and reveal her strategy ? With Aaliya and Tanu waiting for an opportunity to throw her out of the house and life of Abhi, what should have Pragya done ? Sure, she will come out , but she would confront more perils , in her pursuit to bail out her husband. Why is she so naive and gullible ? Pragya needs to be more careful to survive in this tough world.

A timely help goes a long way in mending strained relationships,and this Purab should have realized and hastened to be of some sort of moral support to Pragya,at this trying time. But, he is nowhere to be seen. A missed chance to make amends is lost by Purab .

Pragya runs from pillar to post , with none to assist her . There are Suresh or Akash , only she needs to ask them. Wonder, why , she didn’t ? In a bureaucratic setup, where muscle power or money power works,it is a rough and tough battle that she has undertaken, single handed. Further, in this society where gender bias prevails , it is further difficult. Should she have ventured into this domain alone ?

With the corporator , the police force , Aaliya and Tanu all out to shred her to pieces, it is a big risk that Pragya has undertaken to save Abhi. Would Abhi realize this ? Would do so later, at his own time , so till then, she has to struggle. Ask and seek help. Pragya .

She could have. Ery easily asked Akash to help his bro being his manager, he should be on top of it. Living under the same roof, why she could not let the rest of the family know to help bring him out. Surely she knows he has a lawyer to handle all his legal work. Being an educated indipendent women, u’d think she has so much brain to ask Akash to make appropriate arrangements to get Abhi out easily, instead of complecating things.2. Who informed the media & the fans? (A good thing)3. She could have simply told the inspector in charge now, what she heard from the cooperator & the other inspector talking about harming Abhi on his release & asked for extream police protection… This is India for crying out loud… ( even convicted criminals have police protection he is a celeb after all)Once Abhi is home they could have easily arranged for more protection… How is keeping him inside going to save him now? Where it is more dangerous. Seriously, she has acted foolishly earning Abhi’s hatreds even more…4. Aliya is a selfish vampire, changes avatar by day & night. So sick in ur head u have lost all sense of humanity, after all this is ur brother in jail. We all know ur playing a drama for Abhi’s benifit, so u can still keep manipulating him. Tanu if I were u, I’ll be staying well clear of Aliya. If she can do this to her own brother who she proffered to love so much, imagin ur state if u ever crossed ur line. If u think just because she’s ur BF, being her bhabi is gonna be a breeze, u have no idea what ur getting urself into. It is in ur best interest to run as far as u can from Aliya if not Abhi.5. Abhi u are so dumb if u dont realise, the reason u are so upset about Pragya’s betrayal is u have strong feelings for her. If u didn’t care for her it shouldn’t bother u so much.6. As for Sarla, all night ur daughter was running around trying to free her hubby & not one of u were there to help her. You breeze in in the morning like its ur sasurals house to c whats happening & then slap ur daughter, without even asking why she would do something like that. So much for ur trust in ur children & ur upbringing. U will never learn. Dadi is right. U have a desease of suspecting & worrying that certainly has no cure.7. Where the heck is Purab? Ur best friend is behind bars. U have arranged for his lawyer, why r u not there to c him out. This is not the time to be a coward. Face Abhi, let him know u r there for him regardless of how he feels about u.On the whole the writers are making us the fans look like idiots, for buying into their story line. Creating more misunderstandings & hatreds between the two leads is not why we bloddy tune into watch. We want them to understand each other & stand by each other.What u r doing to drag this story line is putting us off. I started watching this from just b4 pragya & Abhi’s marriage, but was so engrossed I watched it from the beggining in 2 days. Thats how good it was, it used to be the first show I watched when I got back from work. Nowadays i have resorted to reading the written updates. Thanks only to the writers, who have successfully ruined another impressive storyline, with your boring never ending misunderstandings.Thank you to all those fans who took the time to read my complete and utter frustration of my much loved show. this was getting better but the fact that tanu is going to take credit for abhis bail has ruined it!!

feel sorry for pragya!!

bu i have a feeling that abhi might break her fast on karwa chauth after he finds out the truth about her maybe!!!!

you never know !!

because in many interviews abhi was saying that abhi will start to feel something for her soon!

and after he finds out truth maybe he will realise she isnt as bad as he thinks!!
