Rakhi says Rajveer has gotten shot while the doctors are not helping them, karan says to Shaurya that he has done a lot for Rajveer and he will do whatever he wants, the doctor tells them that Rajveer has lsot a lot of blood, Preeta informs that karan also has the same blood group hearing which everyone is shocked.
Some time earlier Karan asks Preeta to come as she is not well, Gurpreet also agrees to come with them and they all leave.
The entire family is waiting when Sandy wonders what will he do here as Shaurya is not present, Shanaya comes to Palki when Sandy asks her if she saw Shaurya, Shanaya says he might have gone to drink coffee so Sandy leaves when Mahesh asks where is he going so asks him to see if Dr Mayank has come here as he has been trying to call him, Kritika also asks him to go to the reception and stay there, Rakhi also asks him to send Shaurya here, Sandy thinks they have at once given so much orders so assures he will bring Dr Mayank as soon as he reaches the hospital when Mahesh informs Dr Mayank has arrived. The doctor apologizes as his flight got delayed when Rakhi requests him to help them, Kritika says she will call the doctor outside so going into the room requests the doctor to come outside but he says that they already allowed a visiting doctor which is a lot, Kritika coming outside request Dr Mayank to come inside, Rakhi says she should ask the doctor to come outside so they also find out, kritika says she tried to convince him bt he is not ready to listen, Dr Mayank says they have trusted him so he will not let their trust break and do his level best, Palki stops Dr Mayank saying she knows he will do his best but should save Rajveer when he assures he will try his best and is sure Rajveer will get fine, Dr Mayank heads inside when Dr Mayank starts discussing with the other doctor, the Luthra family is seeing this from the window. Dr Mayank then starts checking the vitals and even holds a discussion with the other doctor.
Mahesh asks if Karina came, she says she heard Dr Mayank is coming here but then is sure it would be very serious, Mahesh says Dr Mayank has always stood by their side, Karina questions why did Dr Mayank agree to come here when Mahesh replies it is happening due to Shaurya who managed to convince the doctors, Karan and Preeta even come when she asks about Rajveer so Mahesh assures he will get fine, Rakhi coming informs Karan and Karina that Shaurya argued like this with the doctors that she felt a brother is fighting for his other brother. Preeta thinks Rajveer has made such strong relations with this Luthra family that they are standing by his side. Karan hugs Mahesh who says that karan should go and hug Shaurya because it is due to him that Dr Mayank is treating Rajveer, the members of the Luthra family leave when karan is still standing there.
Shaurya is walking when Sandy comes to him so he asks where is he going, Sandy says that everyone is waiting for him and he feels they have become very dependent on him, Sandy says his family sent him to call Shaurya so they are starting to feel his presence when Shaurya says Sandy is just singing the song when Rajveer is their favourite these days, Sandy asks if Shaurya is doing this all to prove he is the best, Shaurya asks why is Sandy asking the questions in different ways, Sandy says he feels they are also attached with Rajveer which is why they are helping him, Shaurya explains they will pay Rajveer for the help just as they tip the waiters in the restaurant so Rajveer is nothing more then a worker. Sandy points to karan who is walking towards him, Karan says he always felt that Shaurya would keep creating problems for himself while he would have to help him and always used to think when will Shaurya become mature but he is very proud of shaurya as he did what they were not able to do, so Shaurya has really made him feel proud, Shaurya asks what is Karan trying to say, Karan explains he is saying that Shaurya did what they were not able to do so he is feeling proud that Shaurya managed to convince the managing committee to allow Dr Mayank here so he knows Shaurya deserves a return gift so he can ask anything from him which he wil not reuse, Shaurya agrees to demand anything from him when Karan hugs Shaurya.
Nidhi and Arohi are waiting when Preeta comes, Gurpreet hugs Palki who is emotional. Gurpreet assures tat nothing bad will happen with true and honest people. Preeta asks how is Rajveer, Arohi questions where was Preeta all this time when she informs she went to meet her other sister who is in coma. Karan tells that preeta would have understood Rajveer is a member of this family and there is a lot of strength in the feelings they have for him so he is sure nothing would happen to him.
Dr Mayank comes out when Karan asks how is Rjaveer, Dr Mayank says they know Rajveer is very critical and this case is very difficult as he is not even shot but stabbed as he has immense internal bleeding and even losing external blood so his blood group, Preeta says that Rajveer has the same blood group as Karan, Nidhi wonders if she remembered anything when Preeta says that she knows it ever since Karan was in the hospital and needed blood so Rajveer was the one who donated it, Mr Mayank says they know what is his blood group and are arranging it so if Karan is ready to donate his own blood just in case, karan agrees to donate the blood, the entire Luthra family is looking at him when Karan asks the reason explaining that Rajveer got hit by the bullet while trying to save him and he is going to announce that Rajveer is his responsibility of him from today so he vows to never let anything happen to Rajveer. Karan asks Dr Mayank where do they have to go so Dr Mayank asks the sister who leaves with Karan while even Dr Mayank walks away. Shaurya gets a bit furious.
Nidhi is furiously walking to the corner thinking of when Rakhi said she is sure that Rajveer would be safe and even Karan took the responsibility of Rajveer, Nidhi is very worried thinking what an she do now, Arohi comes asking why is she so worried, she replies she is very irritated seeing how they all are concerned about Rajveer, Arohi replies she told Nidhi all of this before, Nidhi replies should she give Arohi a medal for it when Arohi says she needs to calm down but Arohi explains Nidhi has to do whatever she desires right now otherwise she will lose it all, Nidhi says she is thinking about it.
Karan is sitting on the bed holding the ball while the blood is being extracted from his body. He remembers when Rajveer vowed to take the revenge from Karan Luthra for what he did to his mother, and how Rajveer said he even hates all those people who have the same face as him. Karan keeps thinking of when he fulfilled the responsibility of a father at the Roka of Rajveer and Palki, and then Rajveer took the bullet while saving his life, Karan gets emotional thinking Rajveer said he will ruin him and has actually could have done anything but he did not do it while risked his own life to save his, Karan wonders why could he not have done it when Rajveer is his son, he keeps crying saying even the heart would beat for him as he will also love him which is why he saved his life. Mahesh enters the room where he sees karan crying so comes to stand by his side but Karan quickly wipes off the tears, Mahesh asks what has happened asking why did he become so emotional. Karan says he was thinking that what Rajveer did could only be done by a son, as the bullet was destined for him which Rajveer got hit with, Mahesh says even a son cannot do what he did which proves Rajveer loves him a lot and respects him, they were not able to understand him as he is very nice and even true, he does not understand Karan reveals Rajveer is his son hearing which Mahesh gets shocked asking what did he say, Karan once again wipes off the tears.
Mr Panday is furious thinking that Rajveer was not able to steal the papers and even saved Karan, the detective asks Mr Panday to not scream but he even scolds the detective saying he will do something to expose Rajveer, Mr Panday gives the pen drive to the detective ordering the detective to reveal his true face.
Karan is about to reveal the truth to Mahesh when Rakhi comes asking how is he feeling, Karan is emotional when Rakhi says she is glad they found Rajveer who loves them all so much as he took the bullet meant for him and she feels they have some relation with him which might be in their past life, she feels as if he is their own son. Rakhi says she wants a promise from him to never tease Rajveer and do whatever he can for him just as he does for Shaurya. Karan thinks that Rajveer is his own son and he feels like telling her but is not certain how is Rajveer going to react, he will therefor reveal the truth when the time is right that Rajveer is Karan Luthra.
