The Episode starts with Ram asking the people to think of the great Kings and their sacrifices. He says your thinking is such small, I can’t even think of it, you will have parents, or you will be someone’s parents, you will understand that none is above parents, you can see Dasharath’s motive, but his sacrifice, he has sacrificed his son for his Kul’s Maryada, I can go for Vanvaas for 14 years, you all are not Praja, but our family, children, our family never doubts on us, I request you to think right about this decision. The people cry. Ram asks them to keep their love for Dasharath and Bharat. The people say we will also go to the jungle with you. Ram calms them down. He says you know there is no value of day without night, King has no value without Praja. The man says our Dharm is to follow
you. Ram asks minister to take the chariot ahead. The people chant his name. Dasharath runs to see Ram. Kaushalya and Sumitra ask him to stop. He runs out and falls down the stairs. He shouts Ram.
Kaikeyi asks why is the Praja going after Ram, how will Bharat rule without Praja. Manthara says don’t worry, Ram will find some way. The people follow Ram. They walk barefoot. Sita looks on. She says you are restless because of their state, talk to them, they might understand you. Ram asks minister to stop the chariot. Ram tells Praja that its tough to reach his goal, there will be many difficulties in his journey, if they come along, then his vanvaas will get tough. He asks them to go back to Ayodhya, towards their life and homes.
The lady says our heart is with Sita and you, how will we face the problems in Ayodhya, which doesn’t have you. The man asks do you want to see us lifeless, we want to come with you. The people swear to accompany him. He cries. Dasharath cries for Ram. He falls sick. Vaid treats him. He asks them to end the reason that has hurt Dasharath’s heart. Kaushalya says I know. Ram asks the people to take some rest. The man says we can walk with you, we aren’t tired. The people say we will come. Ram stops them. He says I know your strength, you are doing a yatra, its long, we should rest on time. He asks minister to get food for all of them. Minister goes. Ram asks Laxman to arrange water for them. The people rest. Ram smiles.
Its morning, Kaikeyi is in her room. She sees Kaushalya and says you here….. Kaushalya says Dasharath is suffering from mental trauma, Vaid said there is just one cure for this, Ram. Kaikeyi says but…. Kaushalya says listen to me, I fold hands and request you to save my husband’s life, send a message to Ram and call him, I promise that Bharat will become the King, Ram will return to Vanvaas, just Dasharath should get fine, we are tied by Dasharath’s promise, try to understand, Ram has to be here at this time, forget everything for some time, just call Ram once for the sake of Dasharath, else it will be a disaster. Manthara signs no. Ram takes care of the people at night. Sita also looks after the elderly woman.

Ram goes ahead.
