Part 1
Cops bring Paddo to the court n press again hounds her! She stays mum! RK interrupts and threatens them saying if they dun wanna keep themselves deprived of his interviews…they better keep quiet.. n whisks Paddo with him! Madhu comes and requests Paddo to break her silence and assures that they are with her and that her silence will take her away from them! She requests Paddo to save herself for their sake…! Cops take Paddo inside the court..!
Trish apologises to Madhu for shouting on her and for blaming RK! She says.. that she was troubled and feeling guilty..! Madhu comforts her..! RK says..they better focus on saving Paddo first.. n they can keep apologies for later!
Court is in session..! Prosecution lawyer says that its an open and closed case.. Paddo is an unlucky lady who ended up killing her own hubby .. and witness is the entire Police team…n the weapon used has been confiscated! He requests for tough punishment! Defense lawyer says that it is a murder.. (a) Witness (b) Weapon (c) Motive … while (a) and (b) are there… (c) is not stated.. ! He says..that Ballu was a danger to all ..n his army too was present.. who wanted to kill Paddo and her daughter Madhu n whole family..! He says.. in the presence of cops.. Ballu attacked Madhu .. n in this situation ..Paddo did what a mom should do… kill Ballu under self defense..!
Judge says that he is aware of the whole thing but Paddo has not stated her view yet.. n asks her to speak.. but Paddo keeps mum! Judge and Defense Lawyer plead Paddo to speak.. else case would weaken but Paddo stays mum! She is fidgeting and scared! She replays the whole moment in her mind n is about to breakdown! But suddenly she finds her voice and says…that if the law wants to hang her.. for the murder.. so be it..as she deserves it..! She says..it should not be for killing Ballu ..but to keep him alive for 20 years..! For tolerating all of his torture .. for tolerating his insults … for keeping mum. . never opposing.. never retaliating! She says..she should be punished .. for keeping mum when Ballu tortured Trish..! She says she should be punished for running away..for falling weak.. when Ballu threatened her unborn baby .. rather than ending Ballu once and for all..! She says..she will be happy to take the death sentence.. as ..she will go in peace..knowing that she has ended the torture.. named Ballu n saved her kids forever..! Paddo passes out.! Madhu-Trish give her water..! Judge asks if she is ok? She says yes..! Madhu-Trish are asked to go sit at their place.!
Prosecution lawyer picks on the word ‘Rakshas’ and says..it shows Paddos characterlesness ..who calls her hubby as a ‘Rakshas’ in a country where hubby are called .. ‘Pati Parmeshwar’ …just to save her skin! Madhu says that.. the person who wants to be known as Parmeshwar. .needs to be a Pati first..! Judge asks Madhu to come stand in the witness box to depose..! Madhu comes and defines.. ‘Parmeshwar’ … a strength that keeps one alive.. n the person who wants to destroy anyone..cannot be a ‘Parmeshwar’ rather .. a ‘Rakshas’! She tells the lawyer that many have same thought.. who think that when a guy is born ..people think Gods avtar is born.. n a boy is considered superior to a girl..! She says..how a guy throws acid on girls face.. rapes a girl in moving bus.. even murders a girl..! She says..such men should be shot dead or hung! She asks all .why girls are weak. .why they are idol of sacrifices? Coz.. they TOLERATE.. they ENDURE..!! She says.. that if the person who handles the home goes off the track..there wont be a home left..!
She says. .no matter how big a man becomes. .she is born from a woman’s womb. .n when the womb gets wayward.. there wont be a world left..! She says.. how a woman feeds a baby ..n that baby grows up to break another womans bones? She says..how a man..who is born of a woman ..hurts another woman? Madhu says..her mom is a woman..who endured all ..but today her child was attacked..so she had to react.. ! She says.. a woman is not just a Janani. .but a Durga avtar too..!
Part 2
She says that.. Paddo.. did all she could for her kids.. and for them she is their Parmeshwar..! She says..she is proud of what Paddo did for her today! She tells all the women in the court that if their hubbies are like Ballu ..they outta do what Paddo did! Radha and all clap..for Madhu n give her standing ovation! Judge asks them to settle..! Judge concludes that the act is an act of self defense and court session ends! Madhu is all smiles..n RK watches her..!
Part 3
Paddo tells all women to fight.. for their family ..for their kids and for society! All clap again! Paddo hugs Madhu n Trish …!
Precap — RK asks Bittu if all arrangements are made for the picnic? Bittu confirms! RK comes and finds Madhu is packing.. a suitcase. with RKs stuff n then is about to put her stuff..! RK comes and removes all the clothes from the suitcase and puts Madhu in the suitcase n says . his important.. stuff is packed! Madhu is confused!

Episode starts with police bring Padmini to court. Press plp surround her n ask questions abt her motive to kill Balraj, her views 4 punishments n all. But Padmini doesn’t respond n stays quiet.
Rk is irritated with press plp’s behavior n interferes.
Rk: if u plp n ur tv channels ever want to telecast my interviews then u all should keep quiet like u never learnt to speak.
Media plp becomes quiet n move out of way. Madhu is relieved with this. Rk takes Padmini to court.
Madhu ask permission to inspector to talk with Padmini.
Madhu : maa hold urself. Don’t stay quiet today. We r all with u. if u stay quiet then it would become bad. We cant loose u. u saved us from all terrible things na ? today u have to save urself. For us, 4 our happiness n 4 our lives. If anything happens to u na then we’ll live but it wont be a life. Ur listening to me na?
Padmini just rolls her eyes n doesn’t respond. Police ask her to move n they go inside. Trishna holds madhu’s hand.
Trishna : I’m sorry madhu. Y’day I shouted at u n blamed rk for whatever happened. Actually I was very much worried n felt guilty also.
Roma glares at her n madhu ask trishna not to cry.
Rk : trishna to ask sorry whole life is there. First we have to save sasuma. So lets concentrate on that now.
They agree n go inside court room.
Judge comes n all r standing. Judge ask to proceed with case n Padmini is brought to witness box.
Judge ask public prosecutor(PP) to start
Pp: this is an open case. Padmini is an unfortunate woman in whose hands her husbands life ended. And witness 4 this murder is a full police unit. 1 inspector n 8 junior police constables. Padmini killed Balraj in presence of all police officers. This clear in police case n reports r clear that she murdered him. So she should be punished very hard.
All family members r tensed with PP’s argument. Madhu looks at rk n he assures her all would be fine. Judge ask the defence lawyer(dl) to proceed.
Dl: a murder happened here. To prove that 3 matters r important. 1. witness which r present here. 2. weapon which has been confiscated by police. 3. motive which has been completely ignored by PP. the reason 4 this case is self defence. Late Balraj tried to kill her family with his goons infront of police. Padmini wanted to end this matter by killing balraj who tried kill her daughter madhubala kundra. She fought 4 her daughter’s life in presence of police n she did all mothers would have done to remove the danger out of her daughters life. It was a compulsion. kind of self defence.
Judge: I heard n read abt both defense n prosecution. But Padmini didn’t present her statement. Can I ask ur statement by urself 4 d reason of murder? If u stay quiet then ur case might be weakened. So give ur statement.
Dl: tell them what happened on that day. If u be quiet na then our case might get weak. I have to speak.
Padmini grips her hands on witness box’s bar n looks at madhu who nods her head in encouragement. She remembers madhu ask her to speak.
Dl force her to talk n says if not then …
Padmini : then what ? u want to punish me 4 that murder right? Ok I accept this coz I deserve this punishment. But that punishment is not 4 killing my husband balaraj but 4 left him alive for past 20 years. 4 not finished him before 20 years. 4 tolerated when he tortured n insulted. 4 not reacting when he slapped me n didn’t answer him.
To save a bad n idotic husband’s respect n ego I just stood with my eyes lowered when he insulted my feminine n purity. I deserve punishment 4 my elder daughter trishna’s insult. I couldn’t do anything when he tortured her, insulted a father n daughter relation. I couldn’t save her. When he tried to kill my younger daughter when she was in my womb itself I just ran away from him coz I felt weak. I should be punished for not shooting him that day itself. Punish me. I wont complain I’ll leave with happiness. Coz even that devil like balraj’s shade cant hurt my children n my family now.coz I killed him. Finished his misbehavior.
Padmini abt to faint. Madhu n trishna holds her in time n lawyer give water. All r tensed.
Judge ask Padmini whether she’s ok n she nods. He orders others to go their palce n proceed case.
Pp : u just heard what she said. in her words only her history is revealed. In this country wives treat their husbands as god. But in this country this kind of wife is also here, who considers her husband as devil. So don’t consider to reduce her punishment.
Madhu : excuse me. If man wants to be god in a wife’s mind then he should be behave like that. To become god is another matter. But I can assure u that if u come to know that god I mean that devil whatever done with us then u would stop doing pooja 4 god.
Judge ask abt madhu n tell to say her thoughts in witness box.
Madhu looks at Padmini with assurance n gose to witness box. Pp tell her to explain abt god n justify her situation.
Madhu : god is the one who gave life to us, raised n protected us. Who wanted to kill his wife, spoil her life, n destroy everything who got finished coz of his own deeds is not god. He would be mentioned as devil.
Lawyer sir it wasn’t ur mistake coz plp who think like u r still out there. When a son born plp think god has born but when he raised boy wants girls and brother wants sister to obey them.
Coz they have been raised saying son ur god n proud of this house. But one day that proud makes them to overpower females. Throwing acids on girls face n raping in buses n kill them also. This is d position of our gods. These plp should be shot like this.
I want to ask u plp sth. Why we girls r weak? Why in school fees n dress n in all matters this injustice? Why don’t u ask a boy to sacrifice? Coz we girls ww’ll obey, we wont backfire, n if homemakers r weak then there would be no homes n no lives.
I want to tell every human in this room a person can become very enormous but still he was given birth by a female. If some day s females womb is closed then this world doesn’t move forward.
A mother feeds milk to her child n gives strength via that milk. But that child grows with ego n torture’s his wife. What will happen if every mother stops to feed these kind of children? These so called gods doesn’t understand that insulting other women r equal to insult his own mother.
Its not just my mother standing infront of me but a woman who tolerated tortures from a person like Balraj. She tolerated as much as she can. If today also the torture was 4 her then she would have tolerated that. But it was 4 her daughter so that only she took d gun n shot him. Balraj forgot. U n all forget that a female just cant give birth but to save her child she would become durga also.
Our mother did so much to save us. Today she dosent bother abt that murder to save us. So she’s d god 4 us right? My mother is my god. I’m proud of that 4 whatever my mother did.
I want to tell all ladies sit here if ur husband also behave like Balraj then u also should do what my mother did.
Radhaji gets up n claps n all joins her. Judge calls 4 order.
Judge announce that whatever Padmini did was 4 to save herself n her daughters. So she’s released.
Again all claps. Rk looks at his wife admiringly.
Padmini: thank u so much jaudge sir. I want to tell all the women that answer 4 first insult n first slap itself. So they wont get courage to insult again otherwise someday their ego n courage would be raised to become a devil. So fight 4 ur family, ur children n society.
All claps again. Madhu n Padmini hugs.
Precap:: madhu packs clothes 4 rk n abt to pack hers. Rk confirm abt d arrangements 4 picnic with bittuji. Madhu informs rk abt packing. Rk gets all clothes out. Madhu questions rk abt his behavior. Rk scoops madhu n put her in suit case n says his important thing is packed now.
