Tatya tells Sai that Kulkarni sarkar will never let him and Keshav work together and will conspire repeatedly to break their friendship. Sai looks at a spider building its web and tells Tatya that it had built its web on tree sometime ago and it broke due to bullock cart’s movement, but it did not lose hope and kept building web at different place and finally got this new place and he thinks it has succeeded this time. He asks Tatya not to lose hope and continue trying to rebuild his friendship with Keshav and their business. Tatya says he is right, he will build business with Keshav’s partnership again soon.

At Kulkarni’s house, Chihu tai with Govidnda perform her husband Vishwanath’s bartsi/death anniversary. Kulkarni reminisces Keshav confronting him and thinks Keshav

is not under his control now, at least he can control Govinda. He asks Chihu to let Govinda perform pooja. Chihu says he is still very young and does not know how to perform pooja. Kulkarni says he will teach Govinda. Chihu cries reminiscing romantic time spent with her husband. After pooja, Govinda asks Chihu to give him food. Chihu yells at him to ask Rukmini as she is tired of his tantrums and walks out. She sits on swinger thinking Govinda is like his father, why did her husband leave them alone so early.
A lady walks to her asking if Chihu is present at home. Chihu says she is Chihu, who is she. Lady comes near her. Chihu identifies her as her childhood friend and gets happy reminiscing their childhood memories. Kulkarni walks out and asks who is she. Lady reminds him about her childhood mischieves. Kulkarni identifies her and get jealous seeing her precious dress and jewelry. Her husband introduces himself and says he is a civil contractor and Gokuldas has sent him to build school in Shirdi. Kulkarni gets more jealous reading Gokuldas’ letter. Lady murmurs in Chihu’s ears that once Kulkarni goes out, she will come to meet her again and walks away laughing. Kulkarni asks what was she discussing. Chihu says just women chats. Kulkarni warns her to stay away from low caste ladies as she is of high caste and demands respect.

Civil contractor describes school plan to workers when Pari and Udhav walk in and asks what is he building here. Contractor says a new school for them. They both rejoice hearing that. Sai walks to them and they excitedly inform him that a school is being built for them. Three young men walk in next and asks where can they find Sai. Pari introduces Sai. Sai smiles at them and takes them to Dwarkamayi. Men discuss their problem with Sai that they are childhood friends who studied and grew up together, then they got jobs and got busy in their daily life, they were feeling dissatisfaction and lack of happiness in their lives individually and when they met at a friend’s wedding recently they discussed their problems with each other and realized they all 3 have same problem, so they want to request Sai to give a solution for their problem. Sai smiles.

Precap: Chihu’s friend invites her to her house. Chihu says she has not stepped out of house after her husband’s death. Friend insists.
