The Episode starts with Prarthana taking kaali’s avatar and goes out holding the sword in her hand. She comes to the road and stabs the green snakes to death. The Pandit ji tells that Maa Kaali has entered someone body. Raghu thinks he has to go and stop the destruction. Prarthana continues to kill the green snakes. Raghu comes there as shesh naag human form. He looks at Prarthana who is in Kaali’s avatar. He shouts asking her to stop, calling her name. She is still killing the black snakes. Naagraj Takshak comes there and tells Raghu that she is not his Prarthana, but her anger has made her Kaali. He asks him to lie infront of her to stop her. Raghu lies down and she keeps her leg on his chest. Raghu asks her not to kill anyone. Prarthana comes in her avatar and walks away from there. She shouts and cries, and says why you came infront of me, after a long time and says my wounds have become greener. She says you have punished me for the sin which I didn’t do, and says I bear that punishment. She says you have gave a place to my wound again. She asks why? Raghu recalls Prarthana’s Kaali avatar. He is practicing with his sword. The naagin Trisha comes there. Raghu asks her to go else he will send her to naaglok.
Prarthana comes back to temple and tells Kaali maa, you didn’t hear my prayers seeing Meher dead still. Meher comes back to life and says Maa. Prarthana makes her have water and hugs her. She brings Meher to the hospital. Doctor tells Prarthana that she has come back from death and says she is vardani. Prarthana thinks there is something for sure, which she is feeling. She asks Doctor if she will be fine. Doctor says we have to do blood transfusion. Prarthana asks him to inform her parents. Manjeet Kaur and Jeet comes there searching Meher. Prarthana sees them and tells that she found Meher injured so that’s why she brought her here. Nurse asks them to arrange blood. Manjeet and Jeet talk that they can’t tell anyone that meher is not their daughter. Jeet tells Prarthana that his blood group is different and Manjeet has diabetes. Purvika comes there with her Sevaks. Nurse says she has to take their blood. Purvika offers her gold coins to pay for their treatment, but Nurse thinks it as the chocolate. She takes their blood. Other Nurse comes there and tells that they found AB negative donor, but it is small 5 years old girl. Doctor says we don’t take children’s blood, but I will talk to her as it is emergency. He goes and asks Purvika, if he can take her some blood to save a life. Purvika agrees. Prarthana doesn’t see Purvika as she is taken for blood transfusion. Meher gets Purvika’s blood. Prarthana recalls Meher’s words. Purvika prays to God to save the patient. Doctor comes out and tells Mrs. And Mr. Manjeet that their daughter is safe. Prarthana, Manjeet and Jeet insists to meet the girl who gave blood to Meher.
Suwarna informs Prarthana that Purvika is missing since you came here. He says you couldn’t take care of my daughter. She says that’s why she came here to inform him. Prarthana comes there and sees Purvika. Purvika asks for ghee with paratha. Prarthana asks Nurse to bring it. Meanwhile Meher asks for chilli with Prarthana. Prarthana asks Purvika about her parents. Purvika says her father is in Naagpur. Manjeet and Jeet come there and thank Purvika. Purvika says you are good, I will ask Baba to give you prize. She shows the gold coins, but Prarthana doesn’t see. She thinks of poison in Meher. She goes to the professor and tells him that she will not go back as she can’t the little children dying. Prarthana thinks if Raghu is here then her daughter can be here too. She gets kidnapped by someone, and gains consciousness later, to find herself around the fire. Raghu comes there. Prarthana takes her naagin avatar. They recall their moments. Raghu asks Prarthana to tell where is her daughter? Prarthana says you have snatched my daughter from me, I don’t know her face so I can’t tell you where is she? Raghu says you did all this to snatch my daughter from me. He says he will not be quiet. Prarthana says if you have lost my daughter, then you don’t deserve to be a father. Raghu says I don’t know what I will do, if anything happens to my daughter. Prarthana says I will search my daughter and find her and will take her away with me. They attack each other and fight. She says now my Shiv ji is with me, and I will search my daughter and will not let her go to you. She turns.
Nurse asks Purvika to take rest for sometime, as she has given blood. Meher comes to her and says she will be with her. She asks Purvika if she saved her as she loves her, or if she is still upset with her. Purvika says no. She says she is Rajkumari Purvika. Meher says I will call you Rajkumari Purvika. Jeet comes there and says he is getting discharged papers ready. Meher says I will make you sleep and lies down beside her.
Prarthana comes to the Naag Mahal and asks Shiv ji, why Raghu is blaming me for kidnapping my daughter and hiding her. She asks her to tell why she is blamed and asks what did I do? Naagraj Takshak asks where was you, when I was thrown out and the doors were closed for me. She says I will search my daughter and will not let her be alone. She says I will take her with me. Naagraj Takshak says you are Purvika’s mother and your anger is justified. Prarthana says her name is Purvika. He tells her that Purvika’s life is in danger and tells that he can’t tell Shesh naag as he is very angry. Prarthana says how I will search her, I don’t know how she looks. Naagraj Takshak says I will show you her face. He shows her face to Prarthana. Prarthana is surprised to see her.
Prarthana says I know where is this girl. She says I know where is my daughter? Naagraj Takshak asks Mahadev to give her power to get over this sadness. A woman comes to the hospital and kidnaps Purvika. Meher wakes up and thinks where is Purvika? I made her sleep. Prarthana asks Meher where is Purvika? Meher recalls Prarthana’s bad behavior with her and shouts Papa ji. Prarthana tells her that she is in danger. Meher says I made her slept, but she is not here. She says even she feels the same. Prarthana comes out. The lady takes Purvika out. Prarthana also goes out of hospital.
Prarthana comes out and looks for Purvika. She sees a woman taking Purvika. She says so this is my daughter and whoever has kidnapped her, I will not leave her. She attacks the lady and takes Purvika from her. The lady turns out to be black snake. Prarthana fights with her and comes to Purvika. She hugs her and says you have saved my daughter, Shiv ji. She thanks him.
Precap: Prarthana tells Purvika that she is her mother. Purvika runs to Trisha and calls her sister. Raghu tells prarthana that she is the one who has kidnapped Purvika from the hospital and shows her video. Prarthana tries to find out the naagin.
