Nabeel Ahmed kicked about his ‘Bhojpuri’ avatar in Sony TV’s Bhanwar

There’s a lot of curiosity regarding the launch of Sony Entertainment Television’s new show, Bhanwar- Kalyug ki Hairatangez Kahaniyaa (Sunshine Rise Productions).

In the coming episodes, gear up to watch the young Nabeel Ahmed in a very different avatar. Playing a Bhojpuri servant Raghu, his character will get embroiled in a murder mystery. How the court would take up the case and find the truth about the killing, will form the crux of the story.

Nabeel, who had earlier been part of shows like Jee Le Zara, Crime Patrol and Love By Chance, is pretty excited about his ‘Bhojpuri’ avatar. Quipped the young boy, “I am really kicked about the role and it was really fun shooting for the episode. This is the first time in my career that I got to speak in a Bhojpuri dialect and I must say it was a challenging experience. The show is bound to change how crime is looked at in our country and I am happy to be a part of this project.”

The particular episode will air this Saturday (17 January).
