Lovely addresses Babita as Bhabi and says they need bright colored uniforms. Babita says yes. Trilok looks at her. Lovely says she meant Meeta Bhabhi. Meeta says blue means loyal and would be perfect color for uniform. Babita says sorry.. Meeta says blue and silver will make a nice competition. Babita says there is a problem in silver. Trilok scolds she cannot oppose customer. Meeta insists to tell why silver and blue would not go well. Meeta says silver will look good in winter, but in summer, it will reflect on eyes. Trilok says Meeta is from London and knows what is better. Babita says Meeta does not know Patiala’s summer heat. Trilok scolds that everyone does not wander under sun like them. Meeta asks what will suit with blue then. Babita says white, blue and white will be

calm and cooling combination. Meeta says it is final then. Trilok says she can choose her own colors and can reject Babita’s choice. Minnie tells Hanuman that she met college’s sports coach who promised to get her a seat under sports quota if she wins karate competition. Hanuman says she is karate champion and taught Khatri and others a nice lesson. Minnie says she has lost her touch and has not practiced in a while, so if he can help her in practice. Hanuman agrees.

Babita returns to her factory. Workers complain that Trilok has not paid them festival bonus yet and they need it badly to celebrate festival with their family. Trilok returns with blue and white clothes and asks Babita to hurry up and with her team finish uniforms within 2 days. Workers stand silently. He asks if they want to go on strike again. Babita says they need festival bonus. Trilok yells company is incurring losses and he cannot pay them bonus. Babita says it is their right and she promised them. Trilok shouts she should pay them bonus then. Babita says he can distribute Meeta’s promised 15000 rs uniform design amount among workers. He says she is employee and any extra work amount will go in company’s profit. Babita says she is supervisor and not designer. Trilok says he took her to customer. Babita says he can take his commission and distribute remaining amount among workers. Trilok angrily leaves. Workers rejoice and thank Babita.

Ashok returns home and hearing Meeta’s decision to get uniform for drivers and even pay designing amount shouts that she cannot take decision without his consent and he will not pay for it. Meeta says it was necessary to remain in competitive business. Ashok angrily leaves yelling. Meeta asks Biji if she did wrong, she saw how Trilok was misbehaving with Babita. Biji says she did right.

Babita encourages workers not to stop working as Trilok may sack them like Satnam and describing them Dadaji’s moral gyaan says once her sasurji explained her Japenese work culture that if workers have an complaint, they work more to make owner feel guilty and pay them well. She goes out for some work. Dadaji enters asking for Babita. Munna asks who is he. Dadaji says he is Babita’s sasur. Workers greet him in, touch his feet, offer beverages and describe what Babita told about him. He gets impressed and asks if they trust Babita so much. Babit returns and seeing him touches his feet. He says she must be angry on him for accepting Meeta, but he did not have any other choice. He continues explaining his ordeal.
