What does fitness mean to you?

Fitness is everything for me, it makes me feel fresh.

What efforts do you take to stay fit?

I go to the gym everyday and also I maintain a proper diet to remain fit.

Are you conscious about your food choices?

Yes I am.

Do you take protein supplements?

I take protein Shake.

Is there any sport you are skilled at?

I was a National Badminton Champion.

Deepika Padukone.

What is your fitness secret?

I think playing Badminton has helped me a lot so that can be my secret.

I drink lots of water.
