Pratigya 13th June 2012 Written Update

The case continues from yesterday where K’s lawyer is fighting for K..He tells the court that with the actual weapon that killed Adarsh has not been found so all the evidence against K is circumstantial and therefore they should be looking at other possibilities and investigate the case further…K’s lawyer rests his case..The judge passes judgement that the police will have to to into consideration the new evidence and bring forth the new evidence..He calls time to proceeding and tells them to resume the following day..

Prof outside the court queries with the Abhi whether it will harm their case against K but Abhi says that justice will be served..

K is being led to the police van and he spots Komal..Police refuses to allow K to meet Komal but K tells them she is his sister to let him see her..Police allow..K pleads with Komal to believe in him that he would never do such a thing especially kill his sister’s husband..He reminds her that he has never allowed any harm on her, so why would he do anything now..Komal tells K that she knows of his volatile temper and he is the only one capable to kill Adarsh..She tells K that she loved Adarsh dearly and has cried for him but now she is prepared to do the same with K..She too has love K dearly and will cry for him when he gets the maximum punishment…K is saddened seeing his sister in this condition…GH are cold in their appearance and Takurs shocked to hear Komal’s words..

GD is shocked with Komal’s words to her brother..P explains that Komal is speaking in anger and she does not mean it..She tells both families have been affected equally..

Samar asks about K and P tells him that K will be home soon as he has done nothing wrong..KN is frustrated that K is still in jail and wants K out Takur Style..He berates SS for getting ill at the wrong time…SS has experience in such cases and will be able to bring K out on bail…Both Kesar and P tell that SS should be kept away from the case as it will give him unnecessary stress..P says that the evidence shown in court will help their case…

Tam who is worried that the wire will be found and that K will not remain in jail, quietly leaves the house to the dustbin..He goes thru the rubbish and locates the wire and burns it. Tam is delighted in seeing the evidence burning..

Chinky hears some noises thinking that Adarsh has returned..She asks Komal when Adarsh will be back..Komal comforts Chinky..

Tam is relived that Chinky and Komal are still ignorant as to what happened…

Both KP are remembering each other’s love for each other..The show a serious of flashbacks to remind us the depth of their love…It gets too much for P and cries uncontrollably..

K’s lawyer requests the court to drop all charges against K as the weapon is still not located and that there are no evidence against K..Abhi objects and says that despite there being no weapon there is enough evidence and witnesses to convict K..He reminds the court of K’s background again that K is a smart criminal that he planned all this as he already planned to teach Adarsh a lesson for troubling his sister..He tells the court that K must have thrown the wire away so that he wont get caught..

K lawyer objects by saying that K did not have time to plan or throw any evidence as the police arrived to arrest him..Abhi continues to argue that all this is part of K plan..K loses his cool and tell Abhi that he went to the warehouse only after hearing Adarsh’s phone ring..

Abhi twists K words by saying that K is making stories and that he is wasting court time..Abhi reminds K that no phone was found but K is adamant that there was a phone on Adarsh…K tells that he is not and that he had no reason to go to the warehouse apart from hearing the phone ring…The Judge adjourns the session for the case to resume the following day..

P runs to K who is being led into custody..She questions him about the phone and again K tells P that all he knew that Adarsh’s phone rang and that he followed the ring tone to the warehouse..He tells P that he does not know what has happened to the phone and how its disappeared..

P tells the lawyer that the phone will open up more evidence and that they somehow need to get hold of that phone..
