Hey Kris,how are you?
Went to get the test done,don’t have swine flu.
However it’s really painful for me to breathe, I had to lay on my stomach with a pillow under my chest to ease the pain.
He said by Monday if I don’t show any improvement,I would have to admitted to the hospital,so I’m kinda worried now.
I had my mom and bf up all night with my coughing and generally sucky flu symptoms.
Felling ok so far today,I’m really hoping the new meds work, rally don’t,want to be hospitalized.
Oh and my neighbor is bring some bush medicine for me later so hopefully dat could be of help.

Trins I am so sorry, I myself have started with a sore throat coughing headache stuffy and runny nose and the works, I hope it don’t get worse,
When everything fails, bush medicine should help, those old people swear by it, they say if you chew the tulsi leaves it relieves the chest, my sis and mother always chewing it, i don’t like the taste,
take care of yourself my dear I am glad it is not swine flu.
Recently three members of my family had similar symptoms of the virus..I will be honest with you..We used paracetamol then panadene..It worked well..
The cough is very stubborn…lime and honey did not work.
Someone brought us SHANDILAY BUSH..You are suppose to squeeze out the juice and drink about a tablespoon..
Since the leaves were quite young we instead decided to chew it ..swallow the liquid and discard the waste..
It was very bitter so we took some honey soon after..
Also suck oranges with salt…It did work..
My cough lingered on a bit longer because I stopped
using the bush after two days..and had no oranges
The others had quick result..They used bush and orange..
Your Gran Mom should know that bush…If nothing works…
Another local medicine is .. 1 tablespoon of puncheon rum with the juice of half a lime and a tablespoon of honey.
Try not to wet your hair at night time also..Shower early and use warm water..
Don’t worry ..it will not reach to the hospital stage.

Very busy these days, a fundraising is to be held on saturday 15th, lots of work and running around, but it seems that there are only two people in this organisation to do everything, 🙁
It always happens, I always say last time, bu this time I mean it,
No more no more of this, no corporation, and getting people to purchase tickets or make a contribution is like hitting your head on a stone wall,
got to pick up ton loads of boxes and go to the coke a cola place and collect loads of drinks, don’t know where I’m putting all these things, and I certainly ain’t lifting any heavy load since my back and knees giving so much problem. I have sciatic nerve problem and not lifting heavy stuff and cant do too much, in a lot of pain, sigh 🙁

You said my Belief isn’t any good because I have to struggle so. Well, I’m the wounded duck, and struggle to get away from the devil. But you Boss, you’re the dead duck!”
That insight fits Paul’s description of his Christian experience in Romans 7: 14-25. Struggle is one evidence of God’s work in our lives Forgiveness of sin is available, so don’t despair. Remember, dead ducks don’t flutter. Once there is life , there will be struggle .

I’m still sick, went to the doc today,he said there isn’t any improvement and now he’s concern I may have a lung infection, have to go for some medical test in the morning.

Many years ago, a wealthy man went duck hunting with a hired hand named Sam.They took a horse and carriage, and along the way a rim came off one of the wheels. As Sam hammered it back on, he accidentally hit his finger. Instantly he let go with some bad words. He quickly fell to his knees, asking ,God’s forgiveness. “Lord, it’s difficult at times to live the innocent life”, he prayed. “Sam” said the man, “I know you’re a Godly person , but tell me why you struggle so, I’m an atheist, and I don’t have problems like that.”
Sam didn’t know what to say. Just then two ducks flew overhead. The man raised his gun and two shots rang out. “Leave the dead one and go after that wounded bird!” he shouted to his dogs .Sam pointed at the duck that was fluttering desperately to escape from the dogs , and said, “I’ve got an answer for you now, Boss. You said my Belief isn’t any good because I have to struggle so. Well, I’m the wounded duck, and struggle to get away from the devil. But you Boss, you’re the dead duck!”
That insight fits Paul’s description of his Christian experience in Romans 7: 14-25. Struggle is one evidence of God’s work in our lives Forgiveness of sin is available, so don’t despair. Remember, dead ducks don’t flutter. Once there is life , there will be struggle .
