Punar Vivah 2 05th November 2013 Written Episode
Scene 1:
Location: Vikrant’s residence
Sarita welcomes everyone, along with abhi to their house. All bless sarita, that she is happy now, and asks about the puja arrangements. sarita says that the priestess would reach soon, and then they would start the puja. She leaves for making other. As she passes by kajri’s room, she overhears kajri thanking vikrant, and happy that he did the right thing. Sarita understands that this was the reason of getting rohan back, and that she was unnecessarily angry at him, and she shouldnt have done that. After she leaves, rohan takes her hand away from kajri and leaves. kajri is happy that she would finally win.
Sarita enters vikrant’s room, and is awkward finding him changing, with a bare torso. She lloks away but then finds that his sherwani is buttoned the wrong way, and starts laughing. Vikrant is confused. She comes to him and points it out. She herself does it for him, and rectifies the order of the buttons. She apologises for the fact that she was angry at him, for getting rohan, as she was concerned about shiela, being at discomfort. She says that she would get shiela to understand, and piraises him for keeping the importance of Karvachauth. Vikrant inturn thanks her that she wasnt affected by rohan being here. vikrant tells sarita that shiela isnt unconfortable with rohan being here, as she herself wants to be with him. Sarita is shocked to hear this. Vikrant says that vandana told her about this. Vikrant tells sarita about shiela’s challenge to kajri, and tells her to ask shiela to stay away from rohan, as he’s someone else’s husband, and those who eye someone else’s husband are really low level women. Sarita is tensed to hear this. she tries to say that this cant be the truth, but he says that he would have to take care of vandna and kajal. Vikrant says that according to the ritual, he got her a gift, and gives her jewellery. She asks him to be responsible enough too and refrain from breaking other people’s marriages. Sarita is shocked at this kind of behaviour, while vikrant leaves. she still refuses to belive that this is true and thinks that vikrant had a misunderstanding. She decides to talk to shiela. she eys the ring that he had got for her, and takinjg it, she is tensed thinking about what happened between them. She takes the gift and opens her wardrobe and keeps it inside. and before she could shut it, she is called and she leaves.
shiela calls raj to ask him to come soon with divya. She finds rohan confronting him, and is surprised. Rohan gets her a gift for the occasion. She goes on to say why would she take the gift as its kajal’s right. she asks to be let gone, as there would be drama if someone sees them. rohan says that he doesnt care, as kajal and rohan dont exist anymore, and only loves her and wants to marry her. He says that he has become a good man for her. She says that she cant steal kajal’s husband. he says that he wont hesitate to take kajal out of their lives if need be, to get to her. shiela leaves from there, with rohan, in tow. Kajri resolves to avenge this. Kajri goes to vandana and tells everything that just happened. Vandan asks her to calm down, but kajri says that all that shiela wants is hapeneing. Vandna says that her death wont get rohan to her. Kajri says that she can take shiela’s life and then have rohan. Vandna is shocked and asks her if she has gone mad. kajri says that they have no other option, and tries to say that noone would know, amongst all the guests as to who did this. vandana agrees and is on her side. kajri says that tonight would be shiela’s last night.As kajal comes out, sarita tries to stop her, but she doesnt listen and walks on.
As the priestess goes on the story telling, sarita takes shiela aside to talk to her. she tells sarita that all of this was true, andf sarita is shocked. Sarita asks if she’s in her senses, and how can she destroy someone’s life. Shiela says that she has decided that she would have her revenge on kajri, who spoiled her life, and would destroy her marital life too. sarita slaps shiela tightly. Shiela says that she has the right, and she knows tht sarita wont or for that matter, noone would understand, how madly she had been in rohan’s love, and spent two days with him, and now she wont be able to live in peace, until she has her revenge on him. but sarita stops her from talking anymore, and leaves saying that she is utterly disappointed in her. It is shown that somebody was eavesdropping on their conversation, but it isnt revealed.
Finally the Story finishes, and all happily hear it from the priestess. Sarita finds abhi playing, and vikrant asks him not to play here. Vikrant sees sarita from a distance curtly. the priestess blesses them to be married always. They all get up. Granny compliements the priestess for such a nice rendition and asks kamla to think about divya, for whom raj hasnt come yet. they all wish for the moon to come soon. Sarita says that she waits, but isnt in any hurry. divya asks if she isnt hungry. sarita says that she feels that she can keep this fast for life for someone. They compliment her on her devotion. Vikrant is utterly baffled at this. sarita turns back and smiles at him. he too smiles and leaves. She thinks that she knows that she’s still angry and upset, but tonight she would clear everything, and remove all sadness from his life. Meanwhile, vikrant in his room, is confused as to whats going on in sarita’s mind, as he isnt able to understand. His eyes fall on the Cd, and wonders whats in it. He goes on to play the Cd that sarita had given him as a gift. It doesnt work. He finds that the cables are unplugged. He plugs them back, and still is unable to see what he does. the screen freezes on his baffled face.
Precap: sarita performs the ritual and breaks the karvachauth fast, by looking at the moon, and then at vikrant, through the sieve, smilingly, while he maintains a curt face.

moonlight casting its shadow on her
face. Abhi in her lap fats asleep
holding her hand tight.
They had just been back from Raj’s
Wedding. He had finally realized
his mistakes and she could not be
more happy for him and dhivya.
Everytime she remembered the
hugs and smiled dhivya gave her
for helping her gaon her love she
felt overwhelmed. But why wasn’t
she sad.. Dint She Love Raj? Din
she want to live a happy life with
him? why was she hell bent on
making dhivya and raj together?
why couldnt she have thrown the
wediing on Vikrant’s face and
walked off. Abhi was there even
before when she ahd said no to him
after her realizing raj’s love.. But
what was it now???
A small smiled appeared across her
lips as she remembered Vikrant’s
face smiling at her… She
had entered the wedding as a deal
but now.. it no more seemed
forced.. She always enjoyed being
abhi’s mother but now somewhere
was she wanting to be Vikrant’s
Wife too.. Yes he was wrong to
have forecd ehr but he was
helpless too. This wedding was as
much a deal for him as it was for
her. If her Helplessness was sheela
his was abhi. SHe was a helpless
bhabi and he a helpless Father. But
she couldnt hide the fact that he
tried. She saw his genuine try in
making this work.
making her smile…he did care
for her.. something she had not
seen in the ten years of this life.
She slowly opened the card
vikrant had placed for her… tears
dropped as she read the words I
LOVE YOU… It felt more true and
more right now. this was her
destiny. And this time she decided
she wouldnt let destiny play with
her. She slowly carried Abhi and
put him on the bed covering the
blankets across her . Vikrant was
already fast asleep … She slowly
bent and ran her fingers through
his hair as she whispered ” I love
you too Mr Suryanvanshi”. A blush
traced her cheeks as she smiled
wide and snuggled closer to abhi
placing her hand on the duo and
closed her eyes.
Days passed and she was still
unaware of the games of revenge
vikrant was playign with her. Love
for him grew leaps and bounds
in her heart . Vikrant himself
would be lost in her love and smiles
but the devil in him never let his
thoughts rest.
vikrant was stunned thinking how
well and convincing she could act as
if she loved him.. it hurt him and
he washed his tears splashing
water on his face in his rest room
every night. How he Wished this
was for real? but no.. she was here
coz she had no choice and not love.
but why him?? his anger grew
bounds and leaps and finally he
decided that this was the Day… The
day he would end everything… he
walked out determined …
It was 11.45 pm and sarita smiled
at him
” Mr.Suryavanshi… today is a spl
day” she said her
smiles reaching to her eyes as he
smirked nodding his head for the
same..
She was surprised he knew .. she
thought he din know her bday…
Smiles and happiness set butterflies
in the pit of her stomach! on this
spl day of her life she had decided
to confess her feelings…
Vikrant moved forward and placed
his hand on her shoulders and
handed a gift wrapped for her.. She
smiled taking it from him ” whats
there in this?” she asked all curious
” something you deserve” he smiled
wickedly
Just as she was to open it the door
bell rang.. she placed it on the
table and she and vikrant walked
out
” HAPPY BDAY” raj and Dhivya
screamed together standing there
with a huge cake and a boquet for
her …
Vikrant was stunned… it was her
bday and he din know… What was
that!!
Sarita smiled wide as she hugged
dhivya as Raj teased ” SO Vikrant
wished you?”
She nodded still blushing ” he just
gave me his bday gift”
Vikrant felt someone just slapped
him.. what a day he ahd chosen to
give her the divorce papers and she
was showing off in pride not
knowing whats in store…
Raj hugged vikrant and could sense
something was wrong… Once again
Vikrant’s guilt died away as he
thought a person who plot for
revenge with love deserved it
In seconds Rajs sisters parents and
dadi all entered surprising Sarita.
Vikrant noticed raj and sarita
hardly spoke.. but why would they?
raj had thrown sarita out on her
face.. it was only after that she had
come back to him.. and the very
thought disgusted Vikrant…
Abhi had got up hearing the
commotions and rushed out
rubbing his eyes hugging sarita…
She hugged him showering kisses as
she told him why they were all ehr
and Abhi frowned ” maaa your
bday? and you never told me?”
did you know papa” he aske
dlookign at vikrant as Sarita
answered ” haan abhi.. he gave me
a gift also”
abhi smiled wide as he kissed
sarita on her cheeks wishing her as
the others looked on.
They cut the cake as abhi fed his
mom happily.. Vikrant faked a
romantic smile feeding her while
she was bushing away with tears of
joy.
in a while raj saw Vikrant standing
bu the Garden and walked out
leaving the ladies to gossip… Sarita
was smiling restlessly as she
wanted to rush to see the gift and
sat there helplessly nodding her
head.
” So VIKRANT… Hows life ?” raj
asked walking beside him
” hmm..” was all vikrant managed
to say
” feels good to see her so happy ”
raj confessed seeing Sarita smile
away at a distance.
Vikrnat smirked wondering how raj
was too faking for her sake…
” Life plays strange games … WE
mess it big time.. and i must be
the KING of it ” raj exclaimed with
regret in his voice as vikrnat
narrowed hsi eyebrows confused
raising a look at RAj
” 10 years… i have never
seen her like this.. honestly ” raj
continued unaware of the impact
he was making on vikrant
” she deserves more … much
more… she has lost so much…
sacrifices were all ehr past would
have.. parents… then wedding
life … for me for shiela for dhivya
for abhi and fro you” raj spoke lost
in his words as vikrants eyes were
widening… did raj say she
sacrificed?? was he and.. he saw
with his eyes at raj throwing sarita
out of her life
raj smirked placing a hand on
vikrant ” your lucky Vikrant… no..
we all are ” he corrected his
statement much to Vikrants
Astonishment.
” I am really sorry if i had ever
hurt you vikrant ”
Raj apologized sincerely
shocking vikrant even more and
just a she got up Vikrant held his
hand
A scare build in Vikrant… Was
Sarita inncoent? was he wrong??
fear of having shown her fake love
and misunderstood ehr was raising
with every passing minute!
Dhivya walked up to find raj and
vikrant talking as she offered them
some water …
“Raj uncleee” abhi came runnign
drag raj to play with him as Raj
tossed him into the air smilign
away and making little abhi giggle.
” your happy ?” vikrant whispered
to DHivya she smiled ” very much…
woh kya na.. anybody who has a
person like Sarita in their life will
be happy… ” she said proudly
tickling the fright in vikrant yet
again lookign at Raj smiling
” if not for her i would never be
with MY RAJ again.. SHE GAVE HIM
BACK TO ME ” dhivya slipped the
words lost in her thoughts as
vikrant looked at her shocked
Dhivya smiled seeing a confused
vikrant and continued ” Actually
nobody knows.. i am sure she
would not have told you… thats
Sarita… nobody knows her pain
tears and sacrifices” the
understanding friend in dhivys
spoke
vikrant looked at her surprised at

not seeing the tears forming in
Vikrant’s eyes… If guilt could kill
he would die the very second…
suddenly raj decided it wa slate
and they got ready to leave and
sarita came out to see vikrant
rubbing his eyes
” what happened vikrantji” she
rushed to him blowing into his eyes
as Raj and family watched the
happy couple
” i am okay” vikrant managed to
say to the girl who showed him
nothign but love even now
unknown to what eh ahd done to
her…
as the others bid good bye Raj
smiled and walked to Sarita ” I am
sorry again Sarita ji and thanks ”
” for what rajji.. you got me the
cake.. i must thank you ” she
teased smiling wide
raj hugged dhivya pulling her closer
” for thisss” as sarita smield
hugging dhivya and the girls were
smilign good byes

part one
‘Yes Its all drama Sarita! My words,
my feelings- everything I said is a
pure lie. The thing is I loathe you! I
hate the fact that you are existing
on this planet.. the truth is yes! I
loathe you, I hate you with every
fiber in my being-‘
‘then WHY the HELL did you FAKE
LOVE? I thought you loved me- that
you truly-‘
‘and it hurt, right? this came as a
blow! It hit you hard, didn’t it? Just
the way it hurt me when you were
plotting behind my back to elope
with Raj..’
Sarita was in extreme pain and it
hurt him to look into her eyes. He
hated that he still somewhere had
those feelings alive in his heart for
her.
‘I wasn’t plotting anything. I was
just- tell me this is a lie! tell me
this is a stupid prank.. tell me that
you love mee! Please…’ she broke
down into tears clutching his shirt,
pulling out his buttons as she
collapsed on to the ground.
And it made him cry. Remorse- that
was what he felt, for hurting her, for
breaking her heart. But no he’d not
let it overpower the joy coarsing
through his veins for achieving his
task.
‘you better not try tricking me again
Sarita, I’m letting you stay in this
house just for Abhi because he
doesn’t know what kind of a vile
woman you are. And I hope you
don’t show your true side to him-
because I somehow managed to
survive, but he wouldn’t be able to
take it..’
And he was gone. Sarita felt like
slapping Vikrant for playing with her
feelings and let him know that he
misunderstood, but that look on his
face told her everything. He wouldn’t
budge. Abhi’s exams were coming
close and she should take good care
of Abhi and then she’d think of
something. She made up her mind
to avoid Vikrant and take care of
Abhi.

It was back to ViSa acting like
strangers, hell it was even worse.
There was not a single day when
she’d not cry and this made him feel
broken inside. His taunts had less
bite and he was even worried once
when she slipped from ladder
catching her in time to save her and
even advised her to be careful while
cleaning.
‘the truth is you love me Vikrant ji..
why dont you show it? Why dont you
speak up so that this silence ends
for ever..’
‘Mammaa…’ Abhi came running
pulling her out of her thoughts.

Abhi’s exams were over and sarita
took his help to corner Vikrant.
‘Abhi isn’t still home? OK I’ll get
him..’ Vikrant reached his school to
find out that everyone had left.
‘It was me…’
He heard a voice from behind. Sarita
was standing behind him her back
facing the entrance gate to the
school.
‘I made that call.. because you won’t
talk with me and I want you to-‘
‘Didn’t I ask you not to play tricks
anymore Sarita?”
‘This NOT a TRICK Vikrant ji. why
would I keep playing tricks and ruin
this marriage as well? I can’t afford
another punarvivah..’
‘May be because you won’t find a
fool like me to play with..’
‘No. I may find someone. But may be
I can’t love him like.. I love you..’
Her genuine eyes made him fidget.
‘I’m leaving..’
‘No you can’t. You need to listen to
me.. clear this misunderstanding
you got..’
‘I dint misunderstand you-‘
‘Why are you so stubborn? Give me
chance to speak.. listen this is- this
whole thing of eloping was a plan!
Divya was aware of it.. we had to
hide it because-‘
‘Stop lying..’
‘I’m not lying; let me complete this.
See, you love me, I can see it in
your eyes. If this misunderstanding
is cleared then we’ll be-‘
‘I don’t love you..’
‘That’s a lie!’
‘No.. I dont love u and its true!’
‘You cant bluff!’
‘SARITA..’
She tried to hold his hand but he
backed off shouting at her.
‘God yes! I love you.. I’ve loved you
more than anyone else! And you
betrayed me.. I wanted to take
revenge but hell! Every time I hurt
you.. it hurt me here.. right in my
heart.. but now I don’t love you.
Even though I do.. I wont tell you..’
‘Mr. Suryavanshi..’
‘Stop calling me that way.. You will
drive me crazy with your sweetness!
Why are you doing this.. why cant
you admit that you betrayed me,
that you love Raj..’
‘that’s not true! I dont love him..
Vikrant ji… you are in the middle of
the road.. come over!’
‘Stop caring for me! I hate you,, I
hate you Sarita. I hate that I cant
hate you. You make me feel
helpless.. GOD! I loath you..’
‘Vikrant ji.. there’s a truck coming
from-‘
‘I said stop caring for me.. Don’t act
as if you love me! I dont want to see
your face!’
Vikrant wasn’t listening and Sarita
watched in horror as truck zoomed
closer.
‘VIKRANT JIII…’ she ran pushing
him aside but got hit by the truck
herself..
‘SARITAAA…’
