Sandeep Aanand joins Life OK’s Comedy Classes

Actor Sandeep Aanand, popularly known as FIR’s Billu and Betaal in Betaal aur Singhasan Battisi, has now joined the popular comedy show on Life OK, Comedy Classes (Optimystix).

Yes, Sandeep who shot for his first gag for the show yesterday (26 August) is happy and excited, as he is venturing into something that he has always loved to do.

Sandeep who has a 9 years experience as an actor in the industry has a solid theatre expertise behind him. And now to get back to the stage and deliver his lines live, is a challenge that Sandeep loves to be in.

Says Sandeep, “I have always wanted to be part of the reality shows as a host or participant. But with lots of daily soaps happening, I had not got the opportunity. Now, Comedy Classes will give me that scope to improvise with freedom and perform live.”

Sandeep is nostalgic as he shares screen space with the veteran actress Archana Puran Singh, who is seen as the judge ‘Maafia Mausi’ on the show. “In fact, in my very first show Sun Yaar Chill Maar, Archana had come in for a guest appearance, and it is great to be working with her again. She offered me some great compliments on seeing my first gag. Overall, I am excited to be part of this show.”
